A great resort with everything you need to relax in Bodrum and only a short cab ride away to the main town.

Great hotel. Great location and has access to sandy beach in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was good. Rooms are big, Nice big bathroom.

Service is not great. I did not get the room I booked until my second night, and nothing was done to make up for the very frustrating first night (other than giving me the correct room as if I should be thankful to get the room I booked). Things were offered to express their apologies, but never given. Also service around hotel is average.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The full board option provided 3 meals a day with some non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks as part of the package. The gym is probably the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A couple of downsides, location just outside Gumbet isn’t great if you are looking for something more exclusive. Food and drink outside the buffet is very expensive and for us was prohibitive, 2 small local beers by the pool were £22. Also even though the spa is lovely the cost of treatments are again too expensive. If you enjoy hotel life then think it’s great, if you like a bit of variety then Bodrum city is a short taxi way with lots of restaurant choices.

The rooms are old and the carpets are dirty, the bathroom floors have stains, need to upgrade the condition of the rooms !!!!

Extraordinary. I travel frequently, but this was one of the top hotels I’ve stayed at worldwide and far exceeded our expectations. The staff and service were world class. Everybody was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure every small detail was cared for and made our honeymoon extra special. Special thanks to Mr. Serhat the guest relations supervisor who took extra care of us. The room was super spacious, and everything was super clean and fresh. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and look forward to staying again in the future. 10/10.

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Kaya Palazzo in Bodrum, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the amenities, food, and service were nothing short of world-class.

I had a truly wonderful seven-night stay at Palazzo Resort and Residences Le Chic Bodrum in a superior sea view room with a balcony. The view was stunning and added so much to the experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived—special thanks to Serhat, who went above and beyond with his hospitality. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with a delicious and varied selection that kept things fresh and enjoyable throughout the week.

Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bodrum.

The hotel resort was very well maintained and clean. My wife and I got a suite with a sea view, but the view was fairly obstructed by other buildings in front of us. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of selection, although it does get fairly busy at times. The guest relations manager (Serhat) was great and helped organize a breakfast in our room as we were on our honeymoon.

Everything would be perfect for this hotel until I've learnt the following happenned to my niece 13yo girl in Sept.2023, when I left out earlier. As I was flying from a different country than my family. Be careful with service people and your teen kids in this hotel pls!
the story short:
One of service person approached my sister ( not the mother of the kid) asking the IG and email ( or both) of my 13 yo niece under the excuse of " to study Russian language". Few weeks later when they land at home, my niece got email with a "NAKED TORSO" of one of the service person- man,stating " I want to be your boyfriend".I got to know this story a year later only after our stay at hotel.So No- please avoid having your teen girls to stay at this property as they obviously do not care if one if their service people is basically predator or pedoph.... this came as a shock to me , as I've arranged the stay at 2 rooms at this hotel, hoping it was secure and safe to be for such young kids. We had 3 kids of 13, 10, 6 yo ages. SO PLEASE AVOID this hotel if you are vacationing with your teen daughters. 2.noone gave us explanation how the bottle of complimentary wine dissappeared from the room (as we were planning to drink it later). 3. When checked out, my sis told me that they accused some sort of chocolate missing from the fridge and asked her to pay for it although the kids have not eaten that thing neither do we as we do not eat in general chocolates as per allergies.
Avoid

Enjoyed our stay here and definitely loved the location as it was accessible to Bodrum city center. The taxi is easy to get and is only 10 mins away. Loved the beach area and the water. Loved the king sea view room which had a balcony.
What could be better is that the room was clean but weren’t in some spots. Also the lobby wasn’t all that attractive and the rooftop tho looks amazing in pics was always empty and no one was serving there.
Didn’t eat at the restaurant either. Breakfast was average and could be better.

All staff were respectful, understanding and committed to your needs and wants. Do not be shy to ask for help! They were very helpful in delivering all aspects of what a holiday should be.

Beautiful landscape - lovely rooms. If you are with your loved one(s), 10/10 would recommend.
