This is mostly tailored for Business travel and not for personal travel.
Welcome Experience: 1 Star
When we reach hotel, we were only one check-in. Staff was not welcoming and only focused on their requirement and did not even offer water.
Facility: 3 stars
Facility is ok but not at all maintain, pool area was very dirty with bird pop all over.
Food: 3 Star
Food was ok but service was not good. In Room tea was terrible, we have to return twice and finally gave up. Local shop outside had better tea.

Description does not match with reality. Under Staffed and no courtesy from staff, rooms are not clean and below par conditions. The amount they charged and service we got has no correlation. Will not recommend this hotel and will not prefer in future
The experience was terrible, while check in room was not ready, there was no towels on end day in the room, there was no shower gel and shampoo in the room, when went to bar on 1st day, bar was locked from inside, had to call staff to open the bar, during breakfast food was not there.
Overall very good experience. Hope to get next time discount on room rent.

This is hotel or Dhaba no one knows. No room service staff is rude and doesn’t reply respectfully. Arrogant and less informative and interactive. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone as it is sheer waste of money.

The location of the hotel is very far from the city. Unless you have some work nearby, it is not an ide hotel to stay in Chennai suburban.
