Die Unterkunft stellt sich mir dann besser dar als es in Wirklichkeit ist. Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer.
Die Dusche war kaputt. Die Vorrichtung konnte sich nicht korrekt schließen, so dass beim duschen das Wasser auf den Holzboden im Bad lief. Diese Unterkunft ist Ihrem Preis nicht wer. Bei Ankunft Hat man uns erst ein Zimmer im ersten Stock angeboten. Diese war so klein wie eine Besenkammer. Wir haben das Hotel nach 2 Stunden ohne Kommentar verlassen. Frühstück haben wir daher nicht angenommen . Wir können es nicht weiter empfehlen.

Day 1, hard time checking in because the staff doesnt speak English, but we managed and got settled into our room within a half an hour. We left to tour the town and came back late in the evening. When turning on the shower, there was no hot water. We told front desk, they said to give them 10 minutes....well a few hours later, nothing. Front desk told us to wait until the morning when another staff member arrives. Day 2: we check the water, still cold. The room was warm so we went to turn on the a.c. NO ELECTRICITY! We told front desk and they said, "yes, the whole hotel has no electricity...theres a problem." We immediately checked out (we had 2 nights left) and went to a nice place down the street. Awful place to stay! I dont recommend it.

Oda temizdi fakat odanın içinde minibarı bırakın su bile yoktu. Havlular değişmedi. Açık büfe kahvaltı yazıyordu fakat yoktu. Personelin ilgi alakası güzeldi

I booked this hotel as it was central to Bodrum. When I got there, the pool was empty, the bar was closed as was the spa. I appreciate it is near to the end of the season, but I am on holiday, and so require more than just a bed to sleep in. I think it should be made clear that these services are not available, as I would never have booked the hotel. In the end, I stayed 1 night, and then moved (at further expense) to another hotel, which had all the facilities I required for a good holiday.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Citybereich, alles in der Nähe. Shuttlebus Service zum Strand, aber Mindestverzehr pro Kopf 70 TL(12 €). Frühstück nicht besonders. Sauna und Hamam gibt es nicht.

Gittiğimizde daha bizim rezervasyonumuzdan bile haberleri yoktu, oda hazır değildi, hazır olmasını bekledik 1 saat, çocuk için ek yatak istedik ( ki rezervasyonumuzda belirmiştik ) bizden para talep edildi. Hizmet sıfır, odalar küçük ama temiz, gecenin 4 ünde kapı önünde barzo adamlar bağıra bağıra konuşuyorlar resepsiyon durumu görmesine rağmen uyarma gereği bile duymuyorlar, odalarda bi yüz havlusu haricinde başka hiçbirşey yok, sabun dahil, kısacası rezil bir konaklamaydı. Allah birdaha muhtaç etmesin ...

Pris og kvalitet hænger som regel sammen, og dette hotel var måske for billigt! Ingen rengøring af værelse den uge jeg var der. hotel bar præg af af have været hurtigt færdigbygget i form af mange mangler. Airport pick up, som jeg bestilte til afhentning fra lufthavn kl. 01.00 kom ikke. Personalet var søde nok, men ikke særlig særlig serviceminded. Men som sagt billigt.

Boyle bir oteli bunyenizde bulundurmaniz sizin icin cok buyuk bir sanssizlik. Gittigimiz gun tam 12de otelde olmamiza ragmen diger odalar bosalmadigi icin bizi 45 dakika beklettiler. 45 dakika sonra da tamamiyle bastan savma bir temizlik yapilmis odaya soktular bizi. Yedek havlu ve sabun icin tam 3 kisiye soylemek zorunda kaldim. Bu tesiste calisan hic kimse aslinda ne is yaptigini bilmiyor, cok da umurlarinda oldugunu zannetmiyorum. 6 gun boyunca 1 kez bile odamiz temizlenmedi. Kahvalti niyetine ici gecmis peynir ve zeytinden baska birsey vermediler. Zaten bu sebeple de sadece 1 gun kahvalti edebildik. Calisanlar her gun resepsiyonda degisir bunu anlayabilirim ama sanki oylesine vakit gecirmeye gelmis gibi sorumsuz tiplerden olusan bir tesise bir de 1200 tl odeme yaptik biz. Tabelasinda spa yazmasina ragmen kuvet kadar havuzundan baska hicbirsey gormedik zaten onun da temizliginden suphe ettigimiz icin kullanmadik. Hotels.com olarak sizin bunyenizde boyle bir.otelin bulunmasi her daim sikayet almaniza ve reputasyonunuzun hicbir zaman iyi olmamasina sebep olacaktir. Ufak bir otelden bekledigimiz hicbirseyi bulamadik. Bu ayarda otellerde zaten dunyayi beklemeyiz ama en azindan temiz bir oda cok da buyuk bir beklenti demek degildir.

It was my fist visit to this hotel, but it won't be my last. I loved everything about it.

Rezalet bir hizmet anlayışı mümkünse gitmeyin,koşarak uzaklaşın..

Rezarvasyonumu ağustos bitmeden yapmama rağmen otele vardığımda otelin dolu olduğu ve bana verecek odalarının olmadığını öğrendim. Ertesi odalarının boşalarının boşalacağı vaadi ile anlaşmalı oldukları adını sanını bilmediğim ilk defa gördüğüm bir oteli önerdiler. Eşimle sondakikada öğrendiğim için ve bodrumda bayram sebebi ile tüm otellerin full olduğunu bildiğim için kabul etmek zorunda kaldım.
Fakat asıl hotelde hiç yer boşalmadı.
Yani 3 hafta önceden ödememi yapmama rağmen açık açık dolandırıldım.
Le Chance sahibi olduğunu söyleyen kişi Uğur ... Kos Otelinde kendilerine ait olduğu. Fakat bu konuyu konuşurken nedense bir telefon geldi. İki dakikaya geri döneceğini söyledi ama bir daha gelmedi. Onu bırakın ertesi gün bizi gördüğünde ya başını ya da yolunu çevirdi.
Kaldığımız Hotel sözde yenilenmiş. Klima çalışmıyor. Telefonu şarj ediyim dedim elektrik sistemi yok. Yatağın yayları insana batıyor. Ayrıca tuvaleti kırık ve sıcak su servisi sadece gündüz saatlerinde.
Ayrıca kaldığımız süre boyunca mutfaktan yanık yağ ile lağım arası bir koku inanılmaz rahatsız etti.
Midemiz bulandığından ikinci gün kahvaltı bile yapmadık.
Hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü otel deneyimi idi.
(ayrıca Uğur ... sizin sitenizi suçlayarak gelişimizden 2 gün önce sizin mailinizin ona ulaştığını söyledi. Suçu size attı. Fakat Bordumdan sonra Marmarise geçtiğimizde gine sizden almış olduğumuz otelde kaldık ve hiç bir negatif olayla karşılaşmadık.) Adam ayaklı yalancı.

bayram tatilini bodrumda gecirelim dedik, bu dolandiricilarin lafina inanip magdur olduk.. konaklama bedelini bir ay oncesinden odememize ragmen elimizde bavullarla otele vardigimizda "oda yok" dendi.. bizi klimalari calismayan, duvarlari nemden sismis, lagim kokan bir otele yonlendirdiler, otel sahibi ertesi gun otelde oda ayarlanacagi taahhudunde bulundu.. ertesi gun odamizi istedigimizde otel sahibi muhatap bile olmadan basti gitti.. insanlara duzgun bir otelden oda satarmis gibi yapip, varildiginda essegi baglasan durmayacak bir yerde yatiriyorlar, adamlar nitelikli dolandirici.. boyle tuzaklara dusmeyin!

Our taxi driver did not know the hotel and it took him some time to find it. The room was clean, comfortable and quite roomy with a good airconditioning system but the positives ended there. The outdoor area was in poor repair with chipped tiles in many places and also the grounds needed a good clean up. The pool was poorly maintained and we could not safely swim in it. There seemed to be a number of people around the hotel grounds who I believed were staff but not much work was observed to be undertaken. Breakfast was held in the nearby Hotel Kos and was the usual standard Turkey breakfast. Many of the staff could not speak English so it was difficult for to obtain any assistance. Our room was not serviced during our 3 day stay! If you are after a comfortable room at a low cost and plan to spend most of your time exploring then this hotel is suitable. If you want to relax and laze around the pool, go elsewhere!

A bit out of the thick of things in town but easy enough of a walk. Parking on the street is easier as the night progresses. Right across the street from a Mini Carrefour and another market that we did not visit. Easy to get beer, pop or whatever for around the nice pool. There is a bar there but was not staffed. Air conditioning was great. There is English tv on channel 36.
