Понравилось практически все! Очень красивая, ухоженная, зеленая территория, разумный подход к размещению корпусов и активностей. Подходит и тем, кто любит активный отдых с анимацией, спортивными играми и т.д., и тем кто хочет тишины и умиротворения. Очень вкусная и разнообразная кухня, всем всего всегда хватало (еды прям очень много🙂). Хорошие бассейны и пляж.

Cons:

Единственное над чем бы поработать - это уборка номеров.

Pros:

The beach was amazing, and the swimming pools were great and warm.

Cons:

The hotel itself is a bit old. Would be nice to have a little refresh.
Not enough food variety; we ended up eating the same things all vacation.
Mexican and asian restaurants experience was so bad. Better not book them and have dinner at the main one.

Top Strand und die Events waren super.

Cons:

Bei Dreibettbelegung waren anfangs nur 2 Badetücher vorhanden. Wurde nach Anruf bei der Rezeption behoben.

This is NOT a 5-star resort. At best, it is a 3-star hotel with a beautiful territory
Pros:

The territory is beautiful and the sea water is clean, but that is pretty much where the positives end.

Cons:

It was a last minute decision so we did not have many options. So we stayed at Martı Myra Resort for two nights, three people in one room, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.

The food was mediocre. Most of it was repetitive and not very tasty — nothing that you would expect from a 5-star all-inclusive resort.

Housekeeping was especially poor. Our room was prepared for only two people instead of three, and we had to call several times just to get enough towels and basic supplies. During our entire two-night stay, additional supplies were never brought unless we specifically called and asked. The minibar was never restocked at all. It honestly felt like nobody was actually taking care of the room — the floors were cleaned, and that was basically it.

The service overall was cold and unfriendly. Guest Relations people. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like we were bothering them.


The information about the à la carte restaurants was also unclear. Some are only included for guests staying 5–6 nights or more, while others require an additional payment. This was not stated when booking.

Before writing this review, I read many of the negative reviews, and what stood out to me was how similar they all were. Guests repeatedly complained about the same things: food, service, housekeeping and cleanliness. It looks like management responds to these reviews, often explaining or defending the situation, but the fact that the same complaints keep appearing shows that the underlying problems have not actually been addressed.

Overall, the resort gives the impression that they are trying to cut costs wherever possible, and unfortunately, it shows in the food, service and overall guest experience.

Pros:

Personel son derece ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Misafirlerin memnuniyeti için ellerinden geleni yapıyor, iyi hizmet sunmak için gerçekten çaba gösteriyorlar. Otelin doğası ise harika; yemyeşil, huzurlu ve keyifli bir atmosfere sahip.

Cons:

Otelin odasında maalesef kanalizasyon kokusu vardı ve giriş katta olması nedeniyle konfor açısından beklentimizi karşılamadı. Odada hava temizleme cihazı bulunmasına rağmen, otelin eski yapısından kaynaklanan ağır hava ve koku odalarda oldukça belirgin şekilde hissediliyor. Odalar genel olarak eski; yapılan yenileme ve iyileştirmelerin yetersiz kaldığını, daha kapsamlı bir renovasyona ihtiyaç olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Çalışanlar ise son derece ilgili, güler yüzlü ve yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Ancak otelin yoğunluğuna göre personel sayısının yetersiz kaldığı ve bu nedenle hizmetin zaman zaman aksadığı hissediliyor.
