Большой комфортный номер, в минибаре всегда были напитки. Красивая ухоженная территория.

Cons:

Отель очень большой, очень много народу. Персонал в целом вежливый, но отношение какое-то безликое, не хватало душевности.

Would recommend for family vacation with small children
Pros:

We loved our stay at the Marti Myra hotel. It was all that we needed to rest and reset with our baby.
The hotel is very kids friendly and the facilities are great!

Staff members were all super friendly, especially the buggy attends, the room cleaners, and the restaurants servers.
The location in the middle of nature that felt like quiet luxury
The water was very clear and clean beach

Cons:

One of the two guest relations staff didn't speak any English at all, which is ok for other staff members but not the guest relations, for such a big hotel
Our room was next to another hotel that would pu their music so loud we would hear it in our room
The barman of the beach bar that was very unfriendly, unlike the other staff
The quality of some of the food in the food court (burgers, nuggets)

Территория, очень много деревьев😍 вход в море очень удобно сделали (кто не умеет плавать и у кого проблемы с ногой). Сотрудница по имени Жайна, отдельная благодарность ей, четко все решает💐

Pros:

We had a lovely two-week stay at Marti Myra and overall really enjoyed the hotel.

The food was good — nothing super fancy, but there was always something to choose from. The pizza at the snack bar was especially good and freshly made. The pools are large, clean and not overcrowded, with easy access for elderly guests or people with limited mobility.

The sea is beautiful and very clean. The beach is pebbly, but there are special mats that make getting into the water easier. The pier and beach bar were great, and the evening parties by the sea were one of our favourite parts of the holiday.

The staff were amazing — very friendly, caring and helpful. Please remember to tip them, they really work hard.

The rooms are quite dark, but the beds and mattresses are very comfortable. Apart from a few issues, we had a really good holiday. The drinks were good, the grounds are beautiful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is fantastic.

Cons:

The sun loungers definitely need improvement, especially by the beach. Many of the mattresses are old, worn out and quite dirty.

The pillows in the rooms are very high, so they may not suit everyone. My husband found them uncomfortable. There are also quite a lot of mosquitoes, so definitely bring repellent.

We had one unpleasant situation on our last day when we were asked to leave a large free cabana because hotel directors were arriving. We were there with our whole family and at first no alternative was offered. Only after I mentioned that I am a blogger were we given another cabana. A manager later handled the situation well, but it still left a bad impression.

We also noticed that someone seemed to have entered our room while the “Do Not Disturb” sign was on, which we reported to reception.

Понравилась концепция отеля: очень большая и УХОЖЕННАЯ территория. Много небольших домиков в три или четыре этажа. Много лежаков, хороший пляж (галька), чистая вода в море. Много хороших, чистых и комфортных бассейнов (хотя я в них не разу не плавал). Спасибо поварам и работникам кухни за хрошее, разнообразное и качественное питание. Уборка в номере регулярная. Номер просторный, уютный. Всё необходимое для отдыха в наличии. Кровать - удобная. Бар пополняли своевременно. Очень удобно, что в номере есть свой чайник. Иногда вечером очень выручает. Кондиционер работает исправно, температуру держит отлично (и что важно - дует не на кровать а в проход!!!). Сервис - на хорошем уровне. Спасибо сотруднице рецепшен Ayten - очень корректная девушка, готова помочь в решении проблем. Хотя я бы сказал, что на рецепшене - все работники очень хорошо работают!!!
Подведу итог - отдыхом мы довольны, и думаю, мы ещё вернемся в этот отель. Большое спасибо сотрудникам всех уровней!!!

Подушки - ЭТО ПРОСТО УЖАС!!!!!!!!!
Такое впечатление - что это просто кусок бревна а не подушка. Наверное синтепон туда ногой утрамбовывали. Хорошо бы администратору отеля поспать ночь (а лучше - неделю) на такой подушке.

Красивая ухоженная зелёная территория. Находишься, как-будто в ботаническом саду. Кухня превзошла все ожидания. На пляже всем хватало места (первая половина сентября)

Ogólnie miejsce ma spory potencjał ale niestety chyba ktoś przestał dbać o ten hotel, obsługa cała miłan ale Pani menage
Pros:

Hotel jest bardzo zielony, dużo miejsca na spacery i przystosowany do wózków
Rodzin z dziećmi. Lub osób niepełnosprawnych
Czyściutkie morze ale warto się uzbroić w buty do wody bo inaczej ciężko.
Bardzo fajnie że można zawsze w ciągu dnia zjeść lody i napić się kawy.

Cons:

Największą wadą hotelu jest czystość , pokoje nie były sprzątane , były wynoszone śmieci i to w zasadzie tyle. Za cały pobyt w 2 pokojach nie była wymieniana pościel. Jak ściągałam prześcieradło z łóżeczka dziecięcego, które też ledwo się trzymało ,to zobaczyłam bardzo brudny materac co też uważam jest niedopuszczalne . Nam też brakowało owoców morza na kolację. Mało miejsca na taką ilość ludzi w restauracji , obsługa też nie dawała radę bo jest ich zwyczajnie za mało.
Zepsute leżaki i parasole na plaży. Nie ma kogoś kto by zadbał o porządek na plaży.
