When I booked it didn't say it was a council run hotel for people in need it was more like an hostel than an hotel ...police was always there sorting things out ...not happy should of said when I booked about where I was going into
Staff were helpful and very pleasant. The Indian restaurant served great food.

General
It was like staying in a mental asylum. People screaming and shouting through the night, police involved. Bedroom door having to be forced open by the owner using a crow bar to evict people.
Bar area absolutely filthy, the toilet in the bar area was disgusting!
No Karaoke on in the bar as advertised
Never again, complete chav central!
Property excellent location, very clean. Food excellent.
Staff
No parking x
There was a lot of drugs being sold and it smelled of grass that is what they were smoking
Location, breakfast hot and freshly cooked👍🏻
Everything else!!! , room not cleaned (4days) noise was horrendous. Hotel was old tired and dirty. Run by Indians who seemed to use it as there home
Good location, spacious rooms, friendly staff
Drilling at 8/9am, very loud and annoying
Staff really friendly. Upgraded my room and the breakfast was excellent. Great location. Indian restaurant attached, plus so close to town for everything else. Clean, warm, and great value for money
Booked two double rooms for total of 4 guests.
We opted for the rooms without breakfast but upgraded on arrival with complementary breakfast.
Lovely welcome on arrival.
Room smallish but very clean and immaculate towels and bedding. Room was lovely and warm.
It had everything we needed and much exceeded expectations for a budget hotel.
Bed very comfortable.
Breakfast was lovely and a perfect start to the day.
I do have other trips to Blackpool planned and would be happy to return.
Not a complaint but entrance hall and stairways very tired but not the end of the world.
Great location and a well stocked bar
Seagulls at 6am
Great location.
Parking was a nightmare. Hotel is rundown, dirty and noisy. On our first night we had a staff member making a phone call rather loudly outside our room after midnight discussing a leak into another room from above saying it was potentially from the shower. Then a couple were arguing for hours, shouting, crying banging doors coming in and out of a room.
Location
Wasn't clean very dirty matresses
Location ok, hotel not very good. The photos of the rooms certainly did not look like anything in their add
Hotel wasn't very clean. Room was tiny.1 small double bed. Which we had to climb our bottom off bed to go to bathroom, there was no hand towels only to bath towels, room was in need off refurbishment, dirty. Only a computer like desk stuck at bottom of bed which made it harder to get out as bed jammed against wall, mattress was uncomfortable, no drawers or any thing to put underwear etc; an alcove to hang your clothes, there was hot water for shower which was hard to enter as doors stuck near toilet, curtain one dragged across window..to top it all fighting shouting at 3 in morning which I understand residents were evicted.. Breakfast wasn't bad quite good, that's the only thing I can say about that..reception desk in bar dirty and dingy
