Absolutely NOTHING we didn't stay there!! For 2 women we didn't feel safe
Everything, there were homeless people by the doors as we arrived trying to sell us knocked off clothing. They followed us inside using the hotel facilities
The location was fine
Everything it was very dirty and the smell in it was terrible . There was a man don’t know if he was a residential or just went in to sit but he was there for 3 days and don’t think he washed the full 3 days . Our room was filthy and paint chipped off everywhere . The shower cubicle was filthy and as for the mirrors and T.V screen I don’t think they had ever had a clean . This has got to have been one of the worst hotels I have ever had the misfortune of staying in .
Good size room for a family of 6. Very cheap and clean. Less then a 5 minute walk to sea front. Staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again
The shower door didn't shut properly
Families be aware. Extremely disappointing — we left within 15 minutes.
We booked a room for our family of five, including three very young children aged 4, 2 and just 8 months for one night to break up the drive from London to Scotland. Unfortunately, the experience was so poor that we walked in and left within 15 minutes of arriving.
We were allocated a room on the 4th floor (there is no lift) despite travelling with three young children and a pram. We were simply told to leave the pram in the bar area. This was wholly inappropriate and made the room completely impractical for our family. The room itself was also in an unacceptable condition. I have photographs showing a dirty fan and a ripped duvet cover exposing a dirty duvet underneath. The loft room was unbearably hot, so we were given a second fan. Unfortunately, that fan was also filthy and simply blew dust around the room.
The room had virtually no natural light or ventilation — there would honestly have been more natural light and fresh air in a prison cell.
The communal areas were being cleaned during our arrival, and the smell of bleach was extremely strong and headache-inducing. It appeared to be being used to mask the very strong smell of cooking coming from the on-site Indian restaurant, which made the overall atmosphere even more unpleasant.
The mattresses were also extremely thin and uncomfortable.
We appreciate that this was not an expensive room, but price should not be an excuse for basic cleanliness, ventilation, comfort and suitability. A hotel room should be provided with reasonable care and skill, and at an absolute minimum should meet basic standards of cleanliness.
Overall, this was the worst hotel experiences we have had. We couldn't stay for more than 15 minutes and left rather than risk spending the night there with our three young children. We requested a refund but according to the manager, they ‘don’t advertise aircon or a lift’, so we aren’t entitled to one.
Nice clean hotel, comfy beds, very helpful staff, a great breakfast to start your day, plus being right in the centre of Blackpool very close to everything you needed.
Room was dirty, floor in the bathroom felt unsafe and was woken by how noisy it was both inside and outside the hotel and the fire alarm went off twice and scared my autistic child

The hotel room was to hot no air in the rooms. The cleaners didn't come in to do any cleaning or anything. Family of 6 they put us on the top floor when we have a 1 year old

Unclean and out dated. Floors seemed very unclean, shower was blocked and filled up at the base. Floor was dirty. Remote full of food and bits/dust. Would never stay again. Seem to have a lot of drug users staying within the building and as well just on the front walking by. Would definitely not recommend anyone with children to stay here.
