Acomodação boa, mas muito barulho e em alguns casos, pessoas mal educadas.
Pros:

Da estrutura do hotel em si. Boa limpeza e café da manhã.

Cons:

Barulho de vários tipos: 1) O pessoal que fez a limpeza da piscina, fala muito alto e acha que precisamos acordar as 7h da manhã. 2) A seleção musical é ruim e os quartos não tem isolamento acústico.

Melhor localização, mas machismo feio na recepção
Pros:

Para quem quer ficar em Cabrália, é o melhor hotel, melhor localização e estrutura. Mas muito caro pelo que oferece. O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar. As camareiras são excelentes, simpáticas, qualidade que falta no pessoal da recepção - alguns sequer respondem aos cumprimentos de "boa noite", provavelmente nunca receberam qualquer treinamento. Há um recepcionista, em especial, que exala machismo inacreditável, é grosseiro e não perde ocasião para dificultar qualquer situação. Se você viaja sem homem do lado, vá preparada para se defender e não estragar a viagem.

Incrível limpeza e atendimento ótimo porem no meu quarto pedir uma cama de casal e tinha 2 de solteiro com um protetor que nao deixava dormir direito por estar dividido a cama, precisa melhorar essa parte no mais tudo ótimo as refeição e os funcionários.

near the town and beach, nice view of the sea from the room, great restaurant and ice cream shop across the road

Cons:

Everything- uncomfortable beds, terrible breakfast, lovely swimming pool that is impossible to get out of if you’re not super fit, you have to pay extra for tennis and pool towels, absolutely dreadful hotel, slippery floors

Funcionarios 100% muito bem atendido. Quanto ao hotel está se deteriorando por falta de manutenção. Muito remendo. Muito bolor nos lustres da Recepção, TV com 4 canais. O problema é estrutural. Local privilegiado.

O hotel é bem grande e os funcionários foram sempre muito simpáticos e prestativos. Tudo me pareceu bem organizado e funcionando, porém não tive a oportunidade de usar a piscina e outras amenidades proporcionadas pelo hotel.
