Amcamın tavsiyesi üzerine geldik. Yalnız bir anne olarak kızlarımla bugüne kadar birçok otelde konakladım; ancak bu kadar güzel, temiz ve kaliteli hizmet aldığım bir otel olduğunu hatırlamıyorum. 🤍

Otelin yoğun olmasına rağmen her türlü isteğimizin büyük bir özenle karşılanması, hizmet kalitesi ve özellikle çalışanların güler yüzü bizi fazlasıyla memnun etti. Güler yüz benim için çok önemli ve burada bunu gerçekten fazlasıyla hissettik. 🥰

Yemeklerinden temizliğine, hizmetinden konumuna kadar her şey dört dörtlüktü. Ve denizin hemen yürüme mesafesinde olması da bizim için mükemmeldi!

Kesinlikle ama kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Bundan sonra Bodrum’daki yerimiz belli: Burası artık bizim yerimiz. 🤍

We had an absolutely terrible experience at Luvi Hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

The price we paid was extremely high, yet the standard of the hotel was nowhere near what we expected for that amount of money. The biggest problem was the air conditioning, which did not work throughout our entire three-day stay. We complained repeatedly and asked several times for it to be fixed, but nothing was resolved. Eventually, after repeated requests, they gave us just one fan, despite the fact that we were travelling with two children. The room was unbearably hot and extremely uncomfortable.

The cleanliness and general condition of the room were also unacceptable. The bathroom was filthy, with visible faecal stains on and around the toilet. The floor was sticky and dirty, and our feet would become black simply from walking around the room. Paint and finishes were peeling, the door frames and thresholds were damaged and dirty, and the furniture was visibly worn, including fraying upholstery. I have photographs documenting the poor condition of the room, including the ageing air-conditioning unit, damaged door areas, deteriorating finishes and worn furniture.

The food was another major disappointment. At breakfast, the only real protein option was boiled eggs, many of which were undercooked and runny, along with sausages served in an unpleasant gravy. Lunch and dinner were extremely repetitive, with grilled chicken being virtually the only main protein offered. The salad bar was mainly just vegetables and there was very little variety overall.

Despite being sold as an all-inclusive stay, it did not feel all-inclusive in any meaningful sense. There was no kettle or coffee in the room, no complimentary water, no minibar and no proper room-service option. We were left wondering what exactly the all-inclusive price was supposed to cover.

The service did not improve matters. Our repeated complaints about the air conditioning were never properly resolved, and we found the attitude of management dismissive and at times rude. There was no sense that anyone was taking responsibility for the problems we were raising.

They later offered us a complimentary future stay, but after this experience we declined because we genuinely would not want to return even for free.

I would also strongly advise future guests not to rely solely on the promotional photographs on Booking.com or Google when deciding whether to stay here. The room and overall condition we experienced looked dramatically worse than the standard portrayed in the promotional images. The very positive reviews also did not reflect our experience at all.

For the amount of money this hotel charges, basic things such as cleanliness, functioning air conditioning, decent food variety, drinking water and a comfortable room should be the minimum standard. Unfortunately, we received none of that.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had, especially because we were travelling with children. We would never stay here again and cannot recommend Luvi Hotel.

L'emplacement est unique à coté de la mers, je conseil, le personnel était assez respectueux.

Очень красивая и ухоженная территория, рядом прекрасный пляж, а бассейн большой, чистый.

Отдельно хочется отметить питание: всё было очень вкусно, кормят три раза в день, большой выбор еды, напитков и различных коктейлей. Голодными точно не останетесь.

Особая благодарность менеджеру, который разговаривает на русском языке. Он внимательно отнёсся ко всем нашим пожеланиям и постарался сделать наше пребывание максимально комфортным😍

Также отдельное спасибо Шакхине, которая отвечает за мероприятия. Она организовала для нас поездку в клуб, а также подробно рассказала о различных турах и помогла определиться с вариантами отдыха.

В целом остались очень приятные впечатления от гостиницы и персонала. Спасибо за прекрасный отдых! Обязательно будем рекомендовать этот отель.
