O atendimento no restaurante foi excelente, garçons muito educados.

Cons:

Do atendimento da recepcionista, achamos um absurdo ter que pagar impostos quando o pagamento é feito pela moeda local. Também o fato de não aceitarem em efetivo, somente aceitam o pagamento com cartão.

quartos são muito distantes e tanto na ida como na volta me colocaram no terceiro andar(era o ultimo) e tinha que subir com as malas de escada , não tem elevador e nenhum funcionário ajuda a te levar as malas

Personal amable, todo limpio y ordenado
Pros:

Desayuno tipo buffet todo muy rico, tienen máquina de café 100/10

Cons:

No había aire acondicionado aunque se escuchaba mucho el viento afuera la habitación no tenía por dónde ventilar

Zweckmäßig, praktisch und gut.
Pros:

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zweckmäßiges Restaurant vorhanden. Frühstücksangebot war ordentlich. Zimmer funktional eingerichtet, viele Minenarbeiter - Ingenieure.
