Overpriced, poor service, no hot water

Cons:

We chose this hotel after a week sick in uyuni, looking for some comfort. When we arrived they told us they didn’t have electricity and asked us if we wanted to keep our booking. Of course they should have told us in advance so we could have planned on finding another hotel in advance not when we were already there. They also failed to mention we would not have hot water as a result. Around 20h lights came back, still no hot water and we had to sleep with an awful generator noise. We talked multiple times with staff who would just tell us they asked us if we wanted to stay and didn’t offer us another room to swap not tried to remedy the situation. Payment was also painful, our cards were not working when they had worked in all other hotels over our the last 4 months of trip. In short, definitely not what we paid for

Le personnel en particulier Madame Nassha Hunder qui nous a particulièrement bien soigné et recommandé pour nos futurs
Pros:

Le coin terrasse pour se reposer et boire un apéritif après une journée d’excursion.

Cons:

Étant situé dans une région minière les travailleurs étaient logés dans l’hôtel et ils ne respectaient pas spécialement le silence pour ceux qui dormaient.

Pros:

It was really good place. Close to the airport. The staff super friendly and the room very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious because it was buffet so they had a lot of options.

Great overnight stay.

Très bon choix en transit
Pros:

Peu d hotels corrects à calama mais celui ci sort du lot. Il est récent. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. La sécurité des lieux et du parking est renforcée ce qui semble être important dans cette ville. Buffet le matin très correct et bon dinner le soir. Hôtel pour travailleurs mais convient aussi pour des touristes en transit

La atención, el restaurante, las habitaciónes... todo, es 2da vez que me hospedó aquí y nuevamente quedé muy conforme. Es una excelente opción para relajarse de un viaje tan largo como el mío.
