A location and hotel you'll want to keep returning to.
Pros:

Excellent facilities, helpful and welcoming staff, beautiful coastal town. The hotel is conveniently located for exploring the local area and there are lots of amenities nearby. Boat cruises and a wide range of shops, restaurants, and ice cream parlours along the seafront are particular highlights. The hotel rooms are well-presented, clean, and have everything you need. The hotel is quiet and calm even at the busiest times. Fantastic hotel, brilliant value for money.

Family holiday with cycling plentiful cycle hire shops.
Pros:

Hotel was just on the edge of town 5 minutes away from the beach. Really good for cyclists. Private pool on one side of the hotel with private rooms.

Cons:

Not a lot everything works well.

Very comfortable and well situated hotel
Pros:

Very nice hotel in a quiet residential area, quiet comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities. Excellent large pool and great sunbathing area. Very good buffet breakfast, attractive grounds, situated a two minute walk from a lovely sandy beach and restaurants and 15 minute stroll to the harbour and centre of Puerto Pollensa. Very helpful and knowledgeable reception staff in particular Joan who was very friendly and welcoming, would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel

We had a superior garden room and it certainly was. Very spacious, spotlessly clean and quiet with a large comfortable bed. The only drawback was shortage of wardrobe space for two people. The bathroom would also have benefited from a shower curtain. Our room was cleaned daily.
Breakfast was buffet style with ample choice of delicious hot and cold food. We occasionally had lunch and dinner, both of which were good.
All staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Whether reception, restaurant or cleaning they did their jobs to a high standard.
The swimming pool was very clean, there was a lifeguard and plenty of sun beds.
The hotel is a few minutes walk to a beach and a small supermarket. It is a longer walk to a good choice of restaurants and shops and to the harbour area, easily walkable for those more mobile than me. My husband and I hired mobility scooters one day, allowing us to explore these areas
I have no reservations in recommending the hotel.

A wonderful hotel and complex, extremely polite and helpful staff ‘in all areas, very clean , before we came on holiday I unfortunately lost my brother and needed to somewhere to re-boot, your hotel helped me do just that. Thank you
