Chequear bien la ubicación antes de reservar!!!!
Pros:

Es un hotel hermoso sin dudas. O quizás, sería más justo decir que debe haber sido hermoso en alguna época.
Me gustó la amabilidad del personal, el desayuno y que esté frente al mar.
Pero el hotel en sí mismo tiene muchas cosas a mejorar.
El salmón que cocinan en el hotel (sobre ñoquis con crema, una delicia!!!). Mis felicitaciones al cocinero!!!
El personal, excelente. Es quizás la principal fortaleza de este alojamiento.

Cons:

Es lejísimo del centro de Antofagasta. Sin embargo debo destacar que el transporte público te lleva y te trae sin dificultades.
Las instalaciones con viejas.
Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes en nuestra habitación.
La gente del hotel buscó soluciones.

No fue lo que esperaba

Yo habia reservado un cuarto y cuando llegue al hotel al parecer lo habian aaignado a otras personas y me toco esperar a que me consiguieran uno. Aparte de eso me doeron un cuarto que tenia mal el refri y el telefono pues no funcionaban y el cuarto estaba algo sucio y al dia siguiente pedi que me cambiaran de cuarto y pague un costo adicional por ese cambio y para variar tenia tambien el telefono malo y el tv no funcionaba bien y al retirarme del hotel me cobraron por una sabana que tenia segun ellos una mancha dificil de sacar. Recalco sii que de todas las veces que he ido a este hotel es la primer vez que me pasaron estas situaciones

No hubo muy buena voluntad del personal.

El silencio y ubicación del hotel.

Cons:

Nos dejaron en una habitación que colindaba por dentro con una puerta del personal y se escuchaba todo. Luego pedimos comida a la habitación y nos dijeron que lo que se pide a la habitación con la comunicación al restaurant es distinta, por lo que no daban muchas opciones y como "un favor" me aceptaron la opción que pedí, a demás hicimos un segundo pedido y no llegó. Terminamos de comer (no nos comimos todo) y pedimos que retiraran los platos para que la habitación no quedara con olor a comida y dijeron que ese servicio ya no lo realizaban "por la hora". El colchón cómodo, las almohadas muy blandas, no se lograba mantener una buena postura en cuello, por lo que no permitía el confort adecuado.

Quarto quase perfeito! Cama excelente, ótimo chuveiro, café da manhã extraordinário. E a vista do quarto é ótima.

Cons:

Banheiro com cortina, o que molha muito o chão. Wi-Fi nao funciona direto no quarto que me hospedei, sinal caindo constantemente.
