Me fue Super mal , la verdad la recepcionista súper pesada llegué de paseo un domingo a pasear con mi hijo mi esposo y mi hermano y tuvimos
Miles de inconvenientes con la
Resepcionista Pésima atención aparte de eso me habló súper grosero en varias ocupaciones y me hicieron sentir demasiado mal me cobraron súper
Caro y fuera de eso me cobraron multa por qué no podía ni hablar que mucho ruido que los del lado eran trabajadores y que debía hacer más silencio , pero la verdad nunca me había sentido tan mal atendido como esa noche que buscaba estar contenta y tranquila

Estancia en Antofagasta.
Pros:

La atención del personal; todos muy amables.
El desayuno bueno y variado.
La recepcionista nos ofreció bicicletas para salir a recorrer la ciudad, excelente servicio!
En los pasillos, disponen de agua caliente y fría para los pasajeros y junto a recepción una estación para tomar té y aguas saborizadas y repostería.
La atención del bar y la comida, muy buena.

No lo vale
Pros:

Desayuno malo, el restaurant también malo, pedí una tabla que traía malaya y carne, venía muy frío, avisé, luego volvieron a traerlo frío.

Cons:

Dormitorios sin aire acondicionado, hay que abrir ventanales, de la ducha se salía el agua, terraza y cortinas sucias.

Desagradable al dia 1. Un poco mejor al día 2.

La ubicación.

Cons:

El día 1 nos alejaron en una habitación horrible. La tele no funcionaba y el baño era para discapacitados, desagradable y detestable olor. No habia mas habían mas habitaciones disponibles. Al dia 2 se habilitaron otras habitaciones y nos cambiaron a una más agradable. Pésima experiencia al día 1.
