Pros:

Equipe simpática e prestativa tanto na recepção quanto no restaurante.
Ótimo no quesito limpeza
Próximo a praia e quartos voltados para o mar.
Café da manhã bem diversificado.
O restaurante estava em reforma mas não impediu um bom atendimento no salão menor .

Geotel no es lo mismo de antes!!
Pros:

El coctel de bienvenida que incluyen con el check in.

Cons:

1. Que el coctel de bienvenida se ofrezca solo para la cena en el restorán
2. Poca capacitación del personal del check in (no había sistema y recepcionista no sabe que hacer)
3. No es clara la razón de cobro de una garantía de 100.000 al ingreso, solo con crédito, sin ofrecer otra alternativa. Esto no esta en las normas de booking y el resto de hoteles de Antofagasta no hacen esto.
4. No hay sillas en los balcones, siendo atractiva la mirada al mar.
5. El Hotel se desordena y se llena de faeneros, sin mesas disponibles para el desayuno. Antes era mas familiar.

Location in front of the beach

Cons:

They just inform that it is an "ecological" hotel at the check in and so, there is no air conditioning. They were refurbushing the restaurant and the dinner and breakfast ar in an "open area", with no roof.
