Hotel nebyl špatný, ale cena si myslím, že neodpovídá poskytnutým službám.
Pros:

Krásný bázen (který však již bohužel v 18:30 zavírali a bylo možné jej využít zase až ráno), nádherná vůně mýdla v koupělně, jídelna hezký výhled na jezero a hory.

Cons:

Při této cenové úrovni se muselo připlácet za wellness, whirpool, kterým se prezentují na fotografiích nebyl volně přístupný, od 18:30 byla dle recepčních možnost koupání již pouze v jezeře (kam bychom mohli nehledě na ubytování v hotelu). Pokoj měl mít výhled do zahrady, místo toho byl balkón s výhledem na fotbalové hřiště (kde zrovna probíhali tréninky, takže tento jsme tak vůbec nevyužili). Šatna i ložnice podle fotografii, avšak zastaralá koupelna (byť čistá) tak působila jakoby z jiného hotelu z 90. let, kdy zcela evidentně tato jako jediná z pokoje neprošla rekonstrukcí. Ubytování navíc nemělo výtahy, takže do pater se museli nosit kufry po schodech. Celkově hotel nebyl špatný, ale oproti jiným hotelům v okolí, cena z mého pohledu neodpovídala úrovni.

Schöne Lage, tolles Personal, Sauberkeit geht so.

Die Lage ist wunderschön und war der Grund warum wir es gebucht haben. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das Personal außergewöhnlich nett. Das muss man hier wirklich erwähnen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer (wir hatten schon eins der „neueren“) sind komplett altmodisch. Das Badezimmer am schlimmsten. Wir hatten schwarzen Schimmel in der Dusche, was auf Nachfrage entfernt wurde. Auch die Toilettenbürste war sehr dreckig und stand in einem Glasbehälter sichtbar im Raum. Das war echt nicht schön. Und man sollte besser nicht das Licht hinterm Bett anmachen. Dann kommt der Staub erst zum Vorschein. Für den Preis hätte ich mehr Sauberkeit und Komfort erwartet. Pool-Handtuchwechsel wird extra berechnet.

السكن بشكل عام في منطقه ريفا ديل جاردا افضل ، المنطقه جميله تزورها يوم بس ، مناشف السباحه مره وحده فقط ، الماء بس اول يوم في الغرفه ، مافي مصعد و لاكن في واحد يشيل الشنط ، المواقف موجوده بس محدوده ، الخروج الساعه 10 الصباح مره بدري و ما وافقوا يعطونا و لا ساعه زياده

Tolle Lage und schöne Außenanlagen. Preis Leistung für die Zimmer passt leider nicht.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, gepflegter Außenbereich und sehr sauber. Die Bar und die Auswahl beim Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind meiner Meinung nach für den Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Auch, wenn es „bloß“ ein Standardzimmer war. Sehr ungemütlich und spartanisch eingerichtet.
