Pros:

Struttura molto bella e accogliente, personale gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima e le camere sono pulite. La cena è stata davvero ottima, abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Mi è piaciuta molto anche l’esperienza del tiro al poligono, è stata davvero bellissima.

Cons:

La colazione del mattino dopo era un po’ povera perché siamo arrivati verso le 9:15 e molte cose erano già finite.

Amazing dinners, but overall doesn't worth its money
Pros:

Dinners are amazing! The food was super delicious (I have some experience in such hotels) - the choice isn't big, but everything is great.
Overall everything was fine. The staff is nice, the location is good, rooms are fresh and convenient.

Cons:

1. I hoped to have more in the room: teapot, free water, slippers, hair conditioner, etc. It wasn't mentioned in the description, so I can't complain, but still I expected to have it.
2. SPA isn't good at all. The temperature and smell in the pool area are unbearable. And sauna's area isn't nice: it looks like in post-soviet sanatorium (not wood-made as it's usually in such hotels, no water/fruits/tea)
3. Breakfast is much worse than dinner, the choice is poor. And some dishes (e.g. scrammbled eggs, salmon) are brought in 10-15 after the breakfast begins, so we missed them often.

It could be fine, but for this price I expected more

Pros:

Amazing hotel with excellent service. Room was worm, big and comfortable. Spa was great and food was excellent - kudos to the chef! Location is central and very close to the ski gondolas.

Cons:

Maybe one thing to mention, would be nice that coffee machine is available in the room.

Pros:

Krásný hotel na perfektním místě, navštívili jsme opakovaně. Krásné pokoje, dokonalé jídlo, moc hezký bazen a sauny.

Cons:

Teplé snídaně na objendávku, občas se déle čeká,ale to je opravdu drobný detail. Jinak je vše perfketní.

Świetny hotel! Bardzo czysto w całym obiekcie. Przestronny pokój nowocześnie i komfortowo urządzony z balkonem. Wygodne oraz duże łóżka. Doskonała lokalizacja hotelu - pieszo do gondoli ośrodka narciarskiego Kronplatz, oraz spacerem do centrum San Vigillio. Personel był niezwykle uprzejmy, profesjonalny i zawsze chętny do pomocy. Niesamowicie mili i pomocni właściciele, którzy sprawili, że czuliśmy się bardzo dobrze. Pyszne posiłki, śniadanie w formie bufetu. Brawa dla szefów kuchni za wyśmienite dania serwowane na kolacje. Do dyspozycji gości sauny, basen i siłownia oraz narciarnia. Bezpłatny parking. Gorąco polecamy!!!

L'albergo si trova in una posizione molto ben esposta, è stato continuamente rinnovato in uno stile consono all'ambiente, è curato e pulito.
I proprietari ed il personale sono gentili e disponibili.
Il cuoco meriterebbe una valutazione da parte della guida Michelin e prepara cibi di qualità.
La vasta zona relax ha saune, bagno turco, jacuzzi,...è persino una piscina dove si riesce a nuotare!

Cons:

Wonderful stay! Would definitely come back!
Pros:

The hotel was very nice. The staff made the stay outstanding! The food was exceeded our expectations. The staff even let us into breakfast early to ensure we were able to go to the Sellaronda early.

Cons:

The rooms and dining room were very hot. We could not turn down the heat in the rooms. When we were sitting at breakfast and dinner we were sweating and very uncomfortable. We are American and I realize we are used to cooler spaces however, the ability to turn off the heat is a necessity. We couldn’t even use our comforter at night and wore shorts and t-shirts to breakfast.
