Comfy room for the money and a great location.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and a good bargain for the price.

Cons:

There was a really bad smell outside our room going up the stairs and lingered in our room. Could not distinguish what it was but it bothered my wife with her respiratory.

Affordable for families
Pros:

Best place to take kids to learn to ski and not spend a fortune. There isnt much else to do in the area but they provide what you need, food and drinks are good, affordable, wide easy trails. We will be back!

Unsanitary Hot Tub - Contracted Rash and Poor Management
Pros:

Extremely disappointed with my stay at Purity Spring Resort. After using the hot tub a few times, I developed a severe case of 'hot tub rash' (Pseudomonas folliculitis), which is a clear indicator of poorly maintained, inadequately chlorinated water. When I brought this health issue to management's attention, they refused to take any accountability or offer a refund. This was an expensive, unhealthy experience, and I would advise against using their hot tub facilities.

Traveling by myself
Pros:

Being a single parent and traveling is never easy. King Pine and Purtity Springs made my trip with my children memorable and enjoyable while also being something I could afford as a single parent. I cannot thank you enough for this weekend and we will definitely be back.

Lovely family-friendly resort
Pros:

Absolutely loved this little slice of heaven. The location was picturesque and remote but only 10 minutes from a few towns. Rooms were immaculately cleaned and well stocked for a family stay, and the staff was wonderful across the board. Would highly recommend to any and all looking for a family-friendly ski or summer getaway!

One note, rooms facing the ski mountain can hear overnight trail maintenance so if you're particularly sensitive to background noise I recommend some earplugs.

We had a wonderful family trip at this quaint ski resort and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The resort has such a cozy, welcoming feel—perfect for families.

The location is ideal, making it easy to get to the slopes while still feeling tucked away and peaceful. Pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the amenities and accommodations. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing stay after a day on the mountain.

From start to finish, it was an enjoyable, stress-free getaway with great value for the price. We made some great family memories here and would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a charming, family-friendly ski trip. ❄️⛷️

Great family getaway
Pros:

Spent New Year's skiing at King Pine and Cranmore. Purity Spring Resort is a great location for winter fun. Kids loved the pool and hot tub after a full day of skiing.

Disappointing breakfast
Pros:

We were disappointed that breakfast was not staved on site. Usually the B&Bs we stay at serves a hot breakfast at the Inn.

Definitely not resort-style accommodations
Pros:

Only there overnight, so didn’t have time to check out other areas.

Cons:

Not aware we would be staying in a current or former Boy Scout group camp building. 😳 Could see hallway through door that didn’t seal well.

Amazing wedding experience
Pros:

Went for my son’s wedding and they did an awesome job. Highly recommend. Matt and Heidi were perfect, they handled issues with guests and weather with great professionalism and really seemed to care that everything was just perfect for the bride and groom.
