We paid for a whirlpool tub. Couldn’t use it. Water was brown. People outside both nights banging on doors around 4 in the morning and room construction, beating and banging and sawing at 7am. We couldn’t rest. They wouldn’t give me a refund or regular room rate when I asked

Only slept there 1 night and most likely would not stay again
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

had a dampness in the entire room. Bathroom ceiling was poorly repaired .floor was not clean , walls could use repainting or good cleaning

My stay at this hotel was horrible.
Pros:

The property proximity was ideal for me to commute to my training class.

Cons:

My room had bugs in it, room was not clean, the room and microwave had a foul smell.

Could have more regular sugar in room for coffee. The water was dirty looking so I had to use bottle water for coffee maker.
