O chuveiro é ótimo e a localização também.

Cons:

As instalações são ruins de maneira geral. Roupas de cama velhas e com cheiro de guardado, frigobar enferrujado, quarto com manutenções a fazer, cheiro de mofo. Bem ruim mesmo.

Teve um vazamento de água no hotel (água com mau cheiro, de esgoto) que atingiu o nosso quarto. Tive que trocar de quarto com meu filho (uma criança de 5 anos) por volta das 18:20 (um horário critico para quem tem crianças dessa idade) e em nenhum momento o hotel me ofereceu ajuda para transferir nossas coisas de um quarto para outro. Não houve pedido de desculpas e nem qualquer demonstração de preocupação e empatia pela causa.

Logo que cheguei no hotel fiquei procurando um lixo com meu filho para jogar uma garrafa plástica, o recepcionista ouviu e presenciou tudo, mas não teve a proatividade de nos indicar o lixo mais próximo.

Café da manhã, estacionamento bem amplo, apesar de ser pago à parte, funcionários bem atenciosos.

Cons:

Chuveiro estava caindo água pela metade, e o box estava vazando agua, de modo que estava deixando o banheiro todo molhado.
