Great place if staying in Natal
Pros:

Great location and fantastic hosts. They were really helpful, and extremely responsive. It's a few minutes walk to the beach which is perfect, and there are plenty of good options to eat nearby. The breakfast was fabulous. So much choice.

Cons:

It would be useful to have refillable water for guests, to reduce plastic waste.
The bathroom is. probably in need of a little update, but that didn't bother us, as everything else was so good.

Pros:

Tudo perfeito, atendimento e carinho em todos os detalhes. Quarto aconchegante e localização excelente. Café da manhã maravilhoso. A dona Neusa é fora de série de maravilhosa, foi a segunda vez que me hospedei lá e foi tão incrível quanto a primeira.

Fint opphold
Pros:

Beliggenheten. Veldig hyggelig personale. Rolig hotell. Hjemmekoselig. God frokost. Fint, lite basseng.

Cons:

Mye søppel i bakgården som var vår utsikt under oppholdet. Renhold kan nok forbedres, spesielt på badet. Hotellet er gammelt og skulle nok vært oppgradert på flere punkt, men i forhold til pris er det helt greit å være her noen dager. God valuta for pengene. Personalet trakk veldig opp- trygge, snille mennesker som var veldig hjelpsomme.

Pros:

pousada tem uma localização excelente, com fácil acesso à praia, o que facilita bastante a estadia. O custo-benefício também é bom, especialmente considerando a região e pela alta estação.

No entanto, apesar dos pontos positivos, acredito que a pousada ainda não condiz totalmente com a pontuação alta que possui atualmente. As dependências são mais antigas, com alguns detalhes que merecem atenção, como lençóis desgastados, cama apenas razoável e, principalmente, a presença de muitos batentes dentro e fora do quarto, o que acabou ocasionando algumas topadas durante a estadia — algo que poderia ser revisto por questão de conforto e segurança.

Durante a estadia, solicitei um upgrade de quarto e, pela primeira vez em experiências feitas pelo Booking, foi necessário pagar um valor adicional para a mudança, o que vale ser pontuado para alinhamento de expectativas dos próximos hóspedes.

O café da manhã é completo, com frutas, pães, bolos, mas apenas um tipo de queijo e presunto, porém bastante simples, sem grandes diferenciais em sabor. Como ponto positivo, a tapioca feita na hora é uma ótima opção. Vale destacar também o atendimento do senhor responsável pelo café, que é extremamente educado, atencioso e prestativo, fazendo toda a diferença na experiência.

Com alguns ajustes na estrutura e maior cuidado nos detalhes, a pousada tem tudo para oferecer uma experiência ainda melhor aos hóspedes.
