Courteous and professional staff. Great central location. Showers were excellent!

Cons:

The location of the room safe on the floor was terrible. Had to lay down to open it. Needs to be changed to higher shelf.

MUY RECOMENDADO y SUPER BIEN UBICADO
Pros:

La ubicación es súper buena. Tiene a pasos el metro de Tribunales y las calles de funcarral. A solo una estación de gran vía, chueca, y lugares muy interesantes. Bienconectado. La cama súper cómoda!

Cons:

Todo muy bueno. Solo pudiera agregar que en la cocinita deberían tener un cuchillo de cortar y mejores cubiertos. Ese tipo de cosas necesarias.

We’ll be back! Our new home away from home.
Pros:

The location is excellent for us since our daughter lives one minute away, and we had everything we could need just minutes away.
We had a beautiful view of the Historic Museum and the reception staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. (Gracias Joaquín y otros).
Bed was super comfortable and we loved the decor.
We’ll be regulars!

Cons:

Upon arrival there was a bit of a bad smell in the bathroom which disappeared quite fast. Also I run very cold and there was no heating as it had been turned off for the season. However one call to front desk and we were brought a radiator and a second duvet so just the duvet was more than enough.
