The location is unbeatable and was perfect for my stay. The room was lovely, and I really appreciated that it was ready before the official check-in time, which made a big difference after traveling. The bed was comfortable, and even the pillows were great - something that's surprisingly rare. The staff was outstanding: friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay.

Cons:

The bathroom layout was a bit unusual, with some awkwardly designed fixtures that made it less practical than expected. The hotel does not offer breakfast, and I was surprised by the lack of nearby coffee shops or breakfast spots open early in the morning. There is also a staircase between the lobby and the elevators, which can be inconvenient when traveling with luggage, although the staff was very kind and helped me carry my bags.

スタッフの対応が良かった
地下鉄の駅すぐで、買い物に行くのにも
歩いて行けて、コインランドリー、スーパーも近くにあり、立地面は良かった。

Cons:

壁が薄く、隣の声が聞こえてびっくりした。

Struttura ottima per visitare Madrid qualche giorno!
Pros:

La struttura si trova nei pressi della fermata Tribunal, zona dove sono presenti numerosi bar, locali e ristoranti.
L’hotel è ben arredato e pulito.
La reception aperta 24h è sicuramente un plus per ogni esigenza.
Inoltre, il rapporto qualità prezzo è veramente conveniente.

Pros:

The elevator does not go all the way down to the lobby and since we had quite a number of luggage, getting them up and down the stairs was quite of a challenge.
