Un petit cocon propre et pratique au cœur de la ville
Pros:

Personnel très gentil, chambre propre et très bien équipée.

Cons:

Un peu de bruits extérieur le soir (poubelles…) mais rien d’anormal ou de trop gênant. Peut être mettre un vitrage plus épais pour réduire totalement le bruit.

Great location especially if you only have a few days in Madrid
Pros:

It was was in an excellent position. We only had one day to sightsee and thanks to a staff member and a pink highlighter we were able to easily walk the City and see all the main sights. Hannah, in reception, was particularly helpful especially in ordering a taxi for pick up to the airport,

Cons:

Everything was fine for us. The steps to get to the lifts might be challenging for less able people

Ich würde wiederkommen.
Pros:

Besonders gut hat mir die Lage des Hotels gefallen. Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichen. Ein Supermarkt sowie die Metro befinden sich gleich um die Ecke. Die Küche im Zimmer ist exakt für 2 Personen ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank verfügt über ein kleines Eisfach, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher sind vorhanden. Der Gast wird mit einer Flasche Wein begrüßt. Das Bett ist groß und sehr bequem, es gibt 2 verschiedene Kopfkissen. Deutschsprachige TV-Sender sind vorhanden. Das Personal war immer freundlich.

Cons:

Obwohl das Zimmer über eine kleine Küche verfügt, hat mir ein großes Messer sowie eine Schere gefehlt. Der Kleiderschrank war zu klein für 2 Personen, einiges musste im Koffer bleiben. Mobilitätseingeschränkte Gäste sollten beachten, dass der Lift zu den Zimmern erst nach 2 Treppen zu erreichen ist.

Un gros point positif : l’emplacement et un gros point négatif : la qualité du service

Localisation de la chambre, taille et confort

Cons:

Service à améliorer d’urgence : ma clé de chambre a été désactivée deux fois par erreur pendant le séjour, deux jours de suite un chiffon de ménage a été oublié dans ma chambre après le passage du personnel d’entretien et le jour suivant une poubelle qui n’était pas à moi a été oubliée dans ma chambre !

Increíble estancia a 15 minutos de todo en Madrid

Ubicación predilecta, buenos muebles, excelente personal.

Amazing
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was perfect—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Pros:

La struttura è molto bella camera e letti comodissimi, bagno grande e dotato di tutto ( phon, shampoo balsamo doccia schiuma spazzolini e dentifricio) aria condizionata pulizia quotidiana se volete
