Pros:

Management did not address the mold issue in our bathroom or did they provide any compensation for booking a room with health concerns. They were notified and did not even return our call...do not stay here, there are much better options in the area for the $$$ being charged.

Cons:

Cleanliness, bla k mold on bathroom ceiling...very dusty dark room. Keurig was not working when we arrived and had to be replaced.

Lokatie perfect , veel te duur voor de gegeven service.
Pros:

De locatie is perfect

Cons:

In de kamer hing een briefje dat er geen enkele kamer service gegeven zou worden. Geen schoonmaak ,zelfs geen bed opmaken of aanvullen van koffie of toilet papier.
Kamers zijn onderling erg gehorig.

Perfect-If you are looking for a great stay in a great location for recreation!
Pros:

Quite- cool location - large space - great view - staff were phenomenal at lodge and in restaurant! Good and service was great and so much fun!

Cons:

Some reviews stated negative things about the property but we had no negative experiences at all.

No hot water at this accommodation in our room.
Pros:

We had NO HOT WATER for the duration of our 1 night stay - night or morning. I approached the front desk that was part of the restaurant, and told the man our issue - there was no apology and you have what you got and it happens. He tried blaming the people in the room next to us for using all the hot water.... you might have hot water in the morning. I asked could we be moved to another room, we are fully booked. I asked for my money back, we can't do that. I asked for the managers phone number, only to be told im not allowed to give it out. This man was so arrogant and rude. In the morning when we still had no hot water I approached him again still no apology, he finally gave me the managers phone number and name. I laid a complaint to booking.com they said this was totally unacceptable, they have tried contacting the manager Tanya she would not respond to them either.

Cons:

Not hot water and our room was right above the kitchen/restaurant was very noisey to at least midnight.

Quirky but comfortable. Right in the center of Gardiner.
Pros:

The room was large and comfortable. There was a cigarette smell when you opened the windows from smoking in the street. Rooms were loud as we were right above the restaurant, but this may vary with other rooms. Water temperature and pressure varied greatly. Parking is a real issue. The housekeeper was awesome, but getting help from anyone else was very difficult.

Pros:

The restaurant had good food.

Cons:

Temperature control, of both the room and water.
The television was internet only. No network options.
Light switch for our kitchen was outside of our suite and not well marked.
The furniture for clothing (dressers) were barely functional.
Was very noisy.
The stairs were very challenging
Was not enough parking on site.
