The linen, bathrooms and floor were unclean and smelly,,especially the carpet,
Breakfast was below expectations and felt unusual eating in a small paper plate.
No variety in terms or meal choices. The serving is small and quite crowded.
Hotel is advertised online as 4 star, but clearly it’s not!!
Breakfast was excellent - exceeded expectations and the best I have had in any hotel where breakfast is included
Pool hours - until midnight so late arriving guests or adults can use it later in the evening
Staff - without exception, all were friendly and said hello
Check-out - noon is a a generous check-out time compared to other location

Very close to airport
There was a slight smell in the room - wondered if there had been a dog in it or perhaps carpets had been recently cleaned. Next time would ask if some rooms are "pet-free"
AC/heater was a bit noisy. When I turned it off, as AC not really needed, the fan still came back on.

Short stay but it was clean, comfortable, spacious and the breakfast exceeded my expectations.
Abil signed me in at check in and was very polite and professional. Everything was prepaid and went smoothly.
All the doors to the rooms slam way too hard. It’s dangerous and very loud. My room shook and there was a sudden slight pressure change in the room when my neighbours door slammed.

The breakfast staff were.very attentive always cleaning and making sure things were stocked. They were excellent.
