Will probably come back again. The bed was very comfortable and the facility was very clean overall.

Cons:

The bathroom was kind of falling apart. Poorly constructed and the facility needs a bit of a renovation.

Great hotel for families, amazing staff
Pros:

Swimming pool and whirlpool were clean, and hours were long. Fitness centre was clean, looked after, towels available with water dispenser, its hours were long too. Breakfast was great. Very comfortable bed and linens. Amazing and very helpful staff.

Cons:

Quite a distance from city centre, however quite close to some grocery stores, etc. There was dripping from the ceiling in the lobby hallway but was addressed immediately by the staff after being notified.

We tried it again
Pros:

Was my go to hotel in the past, but that had change but thought I would give them a try again. Front end staff knew I was coming and did there best to make the stay as good as they could. Check in was great, room was nice and freshened up after the first night. The breakfast was weak but that is expected at a hotel. Not sure about eggs and baked beans, made for a long meeting that afternoon;). Pool and hot tub were a bit dirty with hair and brown scum, but it was later in the evening and the hotel was busy. Found a bit of garbage under the sofa bed, but that was it. We will most likely be back.

Pros:

Everything was great about the hotel and shuttle bus to and from the airport was great.

Cons:

Only thing I would change is there is only breakfast at this hotel and no restaurant in the hotel to get lunch or Dinner. Next time you are renovating maybe start doing food as you have the kitchen already there and I reckon it would be worthwhile.
