Great location( local sodas near for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a very good price)friendly staff and clean property

Cons:

I think that for a brand like Hilton, not including breakfast in the price is a bit of a letdown, something that shows a lack of commitment. Other large hotels of the same caliber offer breakfast for free. One morning, I decided to try “buying” breakfast, but I found the price exorbitant, very much in the Swiss style, even though this is Costa Rica. Disappointing in that regard.

Pros:

buen desayuno

Cons:

no teniamos jabón de ducha, adicionalmete el desague de la ducha estaba danado, no drenaba y parecia piscina cuando se usó, fila para el desayuno, debería de ser mas amplio el espacio, tomando en cuenta la capacidad del hotel.

Pros:

I liked the location, the room was absolutely clean, despite not well illuminated, it had the essentials in the room. Jesus the Valet parking guy was excellent. The breakfast was excellent, a lot of variety and delicious.

Cons:

The A/C was hard to control, too cold or too hot, we had no info about the facilities at the check in check in was poor, and we had to ask for the info each time, there was no info in the room either, like about the gym restaurants time or those simple things, they hardly answer the phone, my husband came down to reception to ask for room service.
