Hampton Inn Snyder TX

Came to Snyder for worky.

Front desk person didn't even acknowledge us walk up to counter (just kept to her laptop as we stood there, no one rkse in the lobby). Under reno so not sure how much was/will be done, but room floor had severe warp/bulge. TV screen kept glitching. All tubs considered, won't be back.

Great place for one night. Bed was very comfortable. A/C worked very well! Nice and cold. The pool which we didn't use was a little gross and the pet fee was very high $50. We normally pay $20 to $25 but overall nice hotel close to the highways.

Easy check in, room was clean, staff was great, and it’s quiet.

Pulled out sofa bed nd there were numerous tissue wads on and under the sofa bed. Called front desk and said they did not have a room to move me to since i had animals and i had to clean it up.

The breakfast options were good. Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off at 3 or 4am and scared us to death. It was not a fire, just a false alarm. You wouldn't believe it, but the night before in Albuquerque at a different hotel, we had the SAME thing happen...false alarm interrupting our sleep in the middle of the night.

Exceeded my expectations, really nice place to stay in Snyder.

The bed was not comfortable at all. The elevator was broken. The bathroom door would not shut. The ice machine on all floors was broken. I reserved a living room suite and the gave me a regular room. When I told front desk this, there were not any other suits available.

Nice overall. Pool was too dirty to swim in. The door to our room was broken - had to lift to close it. Bathroom door dragged on the ground and had to force it open and closed. Friendly staff.

There was no restaurant inside the hotel breakfast was okay.. seemed to be a problem with the air conditioner at night. We put it on one thing and at night it seemed to change. It was very hot and we set the air but at night it got changed and we were actually sweating.. that was really the only thing that was uncomfortable..

Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers! The hotel is very nice, bedrooms nice and large. Rosemary from the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. She texted when we first got to our room to make sure we were comfortable and too see if we needed anything. We could opt out of these text messages, but u found it very helpful. Thanks, rosemary! You were great!

Everything was good. The place was clean. The staff was friendly. The food was good.
