NO PET POLICY HAHA

The listing states there is a no pet policy however after checking in and coming back from dinner the first night we noticed several other guests with dogs. Upon asking hotel staff, they informed us that they are a pet friendly hotel as are the neighboring hotels. Once I asked for a refund they refused to give back our money. We would have went to a no pet hotel. As when I booked this trip the policy stated no pets. This left us very upset as we are allergic to pet dander. The room was decent until we moved the table to pull out the sofa bed, and noticed very large what looked to be pet stains on the carpet. No accommodations were made when this was brought to the hotel staff. Instead we paid for 2 nights in a carpet stained and pet dander room. Leaving us having to use allergy medication and inhalers more than we should have. Very unsettling. Will not stay here again.

Close to town, you won’t find a better value.

Cons:

Kept having to kill stink bugs, and it was December! Had to wonder what else might be creeping around. No one wants to see bugs in their hotel room.

Sleep was pleasant, okay to stay but check your room.
Pros:

The Serving area always stayed neat and was stocked with enough supplies.

Cons:

Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned and checked. First room I was sent to I had my caution as I was placed at the end of the floor and noticed debris leading to the room. Opened the door saw the tile was dirty and carpet had trash also. Went to a second room it was clean but not fully stocked with the normal supplies used by guest. I will not select this property again.
