Pros:

ゆっくりしている時間がなかったので
周辺の評価は難しいのですが、朝食がとても美味しくホテルでの滞在は快適でした。
従業員も皆親切で良いホテルだと思います。
シャワーを使うとトイレに水たまりが出来てしまった以外は快適でした。
（サンダルを持っていれば問題ありませんし、朝にははけていました。）

- Freezer was almost not working
- Tresor was the battery empty

施設もきれいで、スタッフの対応もとても良く、ジムの設備も充実していました。ただ１点、エレベーターの稼働がとてつもなく遅く、しかもなぜか誰もいないフロアに各駅で停止する事がたびたびありました。どういう設定なのでしょうか。宿泊しているフロアに到着するまでに相当な時間がかかりました。

とても快適に過ごせましたが、9時過ぎに貴重品を置いたまま部屋を離れた時に清掃に入られていたのは驚きました。

オールマイティのルームキーを置いたまま出て行かれた事にも驚きました。

BMに近く安価なので良くここを利用しているが、今回は以下が気になった。
洗面所／シャワールームの照明スイッチが壊れていて消灯できなかった。一晩中室内が明るくて眠れないので、夜はルームカードを引っこ抜いて真っ暗にしたが、当然エアコン、充電等全てオフになる。これがいちばんX。
それ以外は、温水、エアコンとも正常だったので値段を考えれば特に不満はない。ただ今回は節約のためかバスタオルのみでハンドタオルが置かれていなかった。ハンドタオルくらいは置いて欲しい。また本来2名利用のはずなのに2泊目からバスタオルが1枚しか置かれなくなった。

エアコンのコントロールが効かず、寒い状態が続きました。シャワーの温度は安定していましたが、ぬるめでした。スタッフは概ね良かったですが、人によりばらつきがありました。ルームサービスで頼める食事の種類は、あまり多くはありませんでした。
