Nice, relaxing stay
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful. Good location, right on the beach. Nice food and drinks. Spacious room.

Bed a bit hard and room a little tired.

Skirting falling off tiles missing in the pool , in need of a good paint everywhere .

La serveuse du petit déjeuner aimable comme une porte de prison, petit déjeuner une vraie arnaque (mini portion de beurre et de confiture, jus de fruits en bouteille en mini dose, fruits peu variés), équipements SDB vétustes et mauvais état ( douche sans pression, robinet eau froide uniquement, murs SDB poisseux, mauvaise literie, pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre, piscine avec carreaux cassés, etc)

The location with the ocean view is amazing. Lovely waking up early and enjoying the view.

Cons:

Mosquitoes were prominent, the doors have gaps that allow mosquitoes to enter. Easy fix and the stay would be a 10/10.

Tres bien situé face ocean, bel hotel bien construit et aménagé. Reposant, avec de bon conseils pour les excursions alentour. Eviter le week end si vous voulez eviter l’affluence dans la ville.

Pros:

The location was fantastic, a stones throw from the sea and beach. Restaurants nearby but the restaurant in the hotel was superb. Staff were very helpful and friendly and made our stay excellent.

Lovely beachfront hotel
Pros:

A lovely small hotel on the beachfront! The rooms are fine and bathroom good! Staff is very helpful and breakfast à la carte and very tasty. We used the pool , which was small but lovely

Great hotel fir a relaxing beach holiday.
Pros:

The beachfront location was wonderful with uninterrupted views of the sea.
The hotel has a simple rustic charm.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Breakfast choice, although a bit limited was really good as quite different from the usual fare offered in most hotels.
Food was really good in the restaurant at night with a varied menu and delicious cocktails.
I especially liked the unlimited cold water from the stations on each floor meaning no plastic bottles.
If you want a get a peaceful beach holiday then I recommend it, but there's not much else to do in Kep apart from the mountain behind which was great for sunset photos.
Tuk Tuks available to take you a 40 min trip to Kampot if you wanted more vibe and things to see and do.

Cons:

The bathroom could do with some TLC especially the shower area.
Had to take care with the shower as its a pump system and could get very hot very quickly but OK once you got used to it.
