El alojamiento es pésimo, la atención nefasta. Cuando hablas con ellos el día de entrar al alojamiento te empiezan a poner condiciones que no aparecen reflejadas en absolutamente ninguna parte cuando reservas la estancia.
No tengo ni una sola cosa buena que decir. Ni siquiera se hacen cargo de las incidencias, no responden al teléfono y no dan una buena atención al cliente. La mala educación de la recepcionista ha sido de las peores cosas que he visto en mucho tiempo, te hacen sentir muy incómodo. Tenemos la sensación de que nos han estafado. Una pena cuando lo único que esperas de unas vacaciones es poder desconectar. Nos han dejado fuera sin ofrecer soluciones ni alternativas, estando lejos de casa y teniendo que buscar esa misma noche otro alojamiento por nosotros mismos. Cuando intentas resolver la situación llamando y pidiendo hablar de lo ocurrido, te cuelgan el teléfono y bloquean tu número. Nos sentimos decepcionados e impotentes.

El alojamiento está en una zona muy tranquila, solo se escuchan pajaros y el agua del río. En cuanto a las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas , limpias y distribuidas de una manera que parece que estas en casa . La habitación cómoda, sencilla y acogedora.
Tienes la opción de cenar y comer en el alojamiento bajo previa reserva. La atención del personal muy cercana y profesional. Volveremos.

We ended up being charged, but not staying, as the access to the property was too steep and dangerous for my partner, whi is elderly, and has rheumatoid arthritis. This was not at all clear from the details. This was very disappointing and expensive for us!

Mi habitacion tenia galeria privada con vistas al rio, pero el baño muy pequeño y poco ventilado. Ademas las puertas de cristal lo que no da intimidad, otra huésped venía a fumar justo enfrente de nuestra puerta, y era poco intimo.
