Please note that the restaurant only serves evening meals between 18:30 - 20:30.

The hotel has 7 floors and unfortunately no elevator, due to the unusual design of the building.

The property recommends that guests leave luggage in the car during check-in. Once a room has been allocated the property will provide a porter to help with luggage and advise guests of the shortest route from car to room.

Please contact the property in advance for extra beds and children cots.

Children under 16 years are permitted in the pool and Spa area from 09:00 to 13:00

On arrival you will be required to present the card you have made your deposit/pre-payment with at hotel reception.

This card will be swiped for a minimum value of £50.00 plus any outstanding balances to allow charges to your room.

Hotel bedrooms are available to check in from 3.00pm

A damage deposit of £50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Perfect for what we needed
Pros:

Super comfy bed and modern design.

Cons:

Indoor facilities were the only available and even those were not in full working order. But this is temporary so won’t matter to guests staying after the renovation is complete.

Relaxing getaway with great views
Pros:

Friendly staff. Great location. Stunning views. Lovely spa (the bit that was open and not being redeveloped)

Cons:

Parking…. The slope into the main car park is not suitable for low/performance cars. We had to park out front basically on the road as our car physically could not get past the bottom of the slope.

No where to really hang wet towels and swimming wear after showering or using the spa. Only one tiny “heated” towel rail that never heated up

A beautiful, relaxing stay with amazing staff — just a few small issues that didn’t take away from the overall experienc
Pros:

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful at all times — they really went above and beyond, which made such a difference to our stay. The hotel itself is absolutely lovely, with a beautiful, aesthetic feel throughout that’s really pleasing and relaxing.

The spa area was fab and very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was gorgeous and really spacious. The views were stunning too — just a shame the weather wasn’t perfect, as I can imagine it would be unreal here in the summer.

Overall, it felt like great value for money and we had a really enjoyable stay

Cons:

Drinks and food were quite expensive and felt overpriced. During our spa visit, there was ongoing maintenance with loud drilling, which really disrupted the relaxing atmosphere. There were also very limited sun loungers, so if you didn’t get one early, it was difficult to fully enjoy the space.

At breakfast, we unfortunately found two hairs in our food. I understand these things can happen, but it was still disappointing.

Exceptional views from the bar, lounge area, room. Was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Staff were very professional and helpful. The spa was amazing, can't wait to come back and see the renovations that were being carried out, amazing stay.

Cons:

There was nothing i didn't like about our stay.
