Please note that the restaurant only serves evening meals between 18:30 - 20:30.
The hotel has 7 floors and unfortunately no elevator, due to the unusual design of the building.
The property recommends that guests leave luggage in the car during check-in. Once a room has been allocated the property will provide a porter to help with luggage and advise guests of the shortest route from car to room.
Please contact the property in advance for extra beds and children cots.
Children under 16 years are permitted in the pool and Spa area from 09:00 to 13:00
On arrival you will be required to present the card you have made your deposit/pre-payment with at hotel reception.
This card will be swiped for a minimum value of £50.00 plus any outstanding balances to allow charges to your room.
Hotel bedrooms are available to check in from 3.00pm
A damage deposit of £50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Felt like staying at building site with some renovation work
The place has a great atmosphere, from the pleasant staff, the pool & spar, and the delicious food. We also had a very pleasant view of the lake from our room. Felt very relaxed from start to finish.
The only thing was bugs that were out at night. The sun was setting over the lake, with beautiful views. The patio was full until about 7pm with diners and drinkers. We then started getting bitten, and we all had to head inside. Not much the hotel can do about it, but just a shame we had to enjoy it all through a window.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean with a perfect view. Nice hot tub and spa. We will be coming back. Food excellent and not a long wait

Staff were super helpful. Michelle & Keira on reception managed to secure us a cancellation appointment at the Spa and we received an upgraded room, which was amazing.
The massage in the Spa from Megan was top class, one of the best, if not the best I have had.
It would be better if there was a walking route into town, but that isn't the hotels fault.
Better transport links into town would make life easier, but again not sure if this is something the hotel could resolve.

Staff were very welcoming , friendly and accommodating. Decor, cleanliness of hotel , room facilities, pool area all very good . Hotel currently refurbishing Spa and outdoor area . It will be exceptional when completed.
Evening meal - good varied menu -excellent
Breakfast also excellent good variety and what view from the dining area or even outside on the patio.

We had amazing time. Room had large balcony and lake view. Staff friendly and professional. We used spa and had a massage. No kids at the pool in the evening time is a such great idea as we could relax in a quiet space. Great time. Definitely recommend.

Spa facilities were great, especially the steam room. Lots of choice on the menu and the food was really good. Staff from reception to the bar were all polite, friendly and couldn't do enough for you.
The reception on the TV wasn't the best. We like to end the night with a drink and to listen to some music in the room, but YouTube kept on buffering.
