The hotel has 7 floors and unfortunately no elevator, due to the unusual design of the building.
The property recommends that guests leave luggage in the car during check-in. Once a room has been allocated the property will provide a porter to help with luggage and advise guests of the shortest route from car to room.
Please contact the property in advance for extra beds and children cots.
Children under 16 years are permitted in the pool and Spa area from 09:00 to 13:00
On arrival you will be required to present the card you have made your deposit/pre-payment with at hotel reception.
This card will be swiped for a minimum value of £50.00 plus any outstanding balances to allow charges to your room.
Hotel bedrooms are available to check in from 3.00pm
A damage deposit of £50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Very clean and tidy, Stuff are very good and friendly
The shower trays, were water runs down at was blocked up with hair and moldy housekeeping must not clean them out so I had to pick it up with my hands so the bathroom didn’t flood that’s my only recommendation overall very nice stay.
The hotel was amazing, rooms with the amazing view.
We stayed for two days and had full English breakfast which was delicious and had spa which was fantastic.
Staff was amazing, polite and helpful. Would love too stay again here

Good sized room ( superior ).
Very little to dislike but a few “specials” at dinner would be nice. Privacy divisions in the garden outside the superior rooms would be better than allowing anyone to walk by your window. A small fridge would be useful.
Resepsiyondaki karşılama çok iyi, Odalar temiz ve göl manzaralı. Karşılama ve gündüz hizmet veren servis ekibi çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever.
Banyoda el sabunu yoktu. Akşam servisi bar kısmındaki personel Hiç güler yüzlü değildi, akşam yemeği için 35 dakika beklememize rağmen geç kaldığı için özür dilemek yerine hala saçma sapan bahaneler sunmaya çalıştı. Üstüne bir de söylediğimiz yemekten farklı bir şey getirmişlerdi. Yeterince aç ve mutfak da kapanmak üzere olduğu için konuyu uzatmadık ama tavırları çok ukalaydı ve hiç misafirperver değillerdi.Lokasyonu ve manzarası sebebiyle bu otelde uzatmayı düşündüğümüz tatilimizi bir gece ile sınırlandırıp yakınlarda başka bir otele geçtik.

Great hotel with friendly staff, was there for 2 nights, very relaxing, amazing views, staff were really responsive, facilities/spar top notch, everything you need, hotel looks like it's been newly renovated
Breakfast was a little over priced but good quality products locally sourced and plenty of choice. View was fantastic sitting on veranda and enjoying our breaikfast

Hot tub was great!
All the staff were great. Reception staff gave us an upgrade to a lovely room with amazing views over the lake, much appreciated! There is a large balcony for guests to sit and have a drink and look at the view! The hotel was friendly and the decoration, what I saw was wonderful. Plenty of free parking. Breakfast was adequate, the staff looked rushed but still pleasant! Coffee from behind bar was nice.
The hotel having some renovations, didn’t impact on stay but will return when it’s finished. The coffee machine should have been by the breakfast Buffet so you could serve yourself. Never used the spa so unable to comment! It will be fab when renovations complete!

Views amazing. Bed extremely comfortable. Spa area was pleasant.
No air con during a heatwave. Tiny dated bathroom with 1x25ml shampoo and 1x25ml shower gel to wash two people for two days. Cheapest toilet roll ever. No biscuits, mini bar/fridge, tissues, bottled water in room. Very basic provisions for a 4* room.
No sun parasols in outside terrace.
Breakfast service was chaotic. EVERY MORNING there was something missing eg plates cups glasses cutlery , juice dispenser and fresh fruit bowl ran out etc. there didn’t seem to be any one person coordinating the breakfast service.
Loved the location, the recent upgrade has improved the looks and layout
The huge cobwebs and dead flies in them all over the balcony around the hot tub
