The hotel has 7 floors and unfortunately no elevator, due to the unusual design of the building.
The property recommends that guests leave luggage in the car during check-in. Once a room has been allocated the property will provide a porter to help with luggage and advise guests of the shortest route from car to room.
Please contact the property in advance for extra beds and children cots.
Children under 16 years are permitted in the pool and Spa area from 09:00 to 13:00
On arrival you will be required to present the card you have made your deposit/pre-payment with at hotel reception.
This card will be swiped for a minimum value of £50.00 plus any outstanding balances to allow charges to your room.
Hotel bedrooms are available to check in from 3.00pm
A damage deposit of £50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

The rooms were spacious with a beautiful view. The spa was lovely and relaxing. The food was delicious & the staff were very friendly & helpful.
The bed wasn't very comfy.
Booked for 2 night but the manager was kind to let us extend 1 more night with the same booking price during check in. Stayed in double with the view and patio. It was a pleasant stay. Enjoyed the view from the inside and also outside sitting in the chairs provided in the patio which was also great to look at the stars in the sky at night time. Staffs are also very kind, helpful and polite. The foods are also amazing.

Thought we had booked bed and breakfast but it was room only. The booking.com was misleading as it highlighted excellent breakfast.

The hotel itself was beautiful and staff very polite and friendly, The Windermere Suite we stayed in was very spacious and clean. Lovely touch that a complimentary bottle of Prosecco was left in the suite for us
Minor things really, wallpaper peeling off back wall, tetley teabags (maybe just preference but I think for the price of the suite a better brand would be nice) hot tub was a bit temperamental too
