it is ok, needs improvement, ask to wash their sheets with soap.
Pros:

location is great. staff are nice.

Cons:

when we went first time, they gave us a room without window, the sheets and blankets and entire room smelled like moulds, i cannot sleep.

Pros:

Chambre propre,spacieuse et confortable. Bon petit-déjeuner. Personnel très agréable et très serviable. Bien placé pour visiter la cité impériale et les abords de la rivière des parfums.

Excellent choice - I extended my stay
Pros:

Excellent location, within one or two blocks of several cafes, lots of good food, and the Perfume River. Also within a few blocks of the "tourist street," if that's your thing, without having to live inside the noise.

The hotel is super clean, both the room, and the very nice bathroom with excellent shower.

Best of all are the staff - friendly, helpful, and with outstanding recommendations where to eat and what to do. They won't steer you wrong.

Always happy to have a window and a nice shower.
