Gute Lage mit freundlichem Personal… aber in die Jahre gekommener Ausstattung…

Gute Lage, nettes Personal.
Haben ausversehen das falsche Datum gebucht und dann natürlich noch eine weitere (korrekte) Nacht. Obwohl wir ohne Stornierung gebucht haben, wurde uns ein kleiner Preisnachlass geboten und das Zimmer weiter reserviert. Sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Die Bettlaken waren auf unseren beiden Betten mit einigen gelblichen Flecken beschmutzt. Es scheint grundsätzlich alles frisch gewaschen zu sein, aber die Wäsche sollte dringend mal ausgetauscht werden!

Great Pho for breakfast!
Pros:

The breakfast vegetarian Pho!! Fantastic!!

As a solo female traveller, I felt comfortable and safe in this hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom and shower were nice.

Cons:

Location was not so great, as it is quite a walk away from the heart of downtown. The room facilities also seemed old and the AC was right in front of the bed making it kind of annoying.

L'accueil professionnel et chaleureux ( ils nous ont proposé de prendre une douche car avions passé la nuit en bus)
Toute l'équipe agréable et prête a rendre service . Merci à Oanh avec qui nous avons parlé français 😉
Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié.
L'emplacement central pour visiter la ville à pied et pour autant notre chambre bien insonorisée

Very nice place to stay with kind staff. Pretty walkable location as well.
Pros:

Friendly staff and good breakfast. Elevator access was good. Very quiet rooms even though on a main road

Cons:

Shower drained very slowly, the sheets had some stains on them and the beds weren’t the most comfortable.

Good hotel with very helpful staff
Pros:

Brilliant hospitality - when I checked in, the staff took time to sit down and show me everything to do in the surrounding area. When I checked out, I was able to leave my bag during the day and take a shower before catching a night train. That was very appreciated.

I had the basic room. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. It was clean and tea and coffee were provided. There were a range of options to order for breakfast (eggs, pancakes, pho, rice dishes), including plenty vegetarian options. The quality was decent.

Cons:

My room had only a window onto the corridor. It was a bit noisy with people in the corridor at night

The location is on a busy main road, a 10 minute walk from an area with restaurants

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé dans le centre de Hué. Personnels très professionnels et attentionnés. Chambre confortable et très propre. Bon petit-déjeuner variés. Le plus est que la responsable parle parfaitement le français. Au top.
