Pros:

Piccolo e ben organizzato. Lo staff è estremamente gentile. Colazione piuttosto varia.

Cons:

Ventola del bagno estremamente rumorosa e si accende contemporaneamente alla luce, quindi inevitabile.
Il condizionatore non è direzionabile e l'aria arriva diretta sopra al letto.

Pros:

Staff were exceptional and their attention to detail was great. Rooms were really comfortable and beds were also really good. The location was near plenty of food places and it wasn't too far to walk to the Perfume River.

Agréable
Pros:

Personnel agréable, nous avons pu réserver un taxi pour aller jusqu’à l’aéroport le dimanche matin, ils nous avaient préparé le petit déjeuner à emporter.
L’emplacement est bien pour se déplacer à pied jusqu’à la cité impériale.

Cons:

La lingerie, j’ai récupérer mon linge taché.

Une bonne adresse
Pros:

Très bon hotel. Contrairement aux dires du routard il y a un ascenseur. Le petit déjeuner buffet est bon . Le personnel est adorable et serviable.

Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage
Pros:

Gute Lage, man kann gut zu Fuß (15 Minuten) zur Walking street.
Das Personal ist super freundlich und unterstützt bei Bedarf!
Wir sind abends mit dem Nachtzug weitergereist, konnten das Gepäck im Hotel lassen und am Abend sogar noch duschen. Toller Service!

Building needs fumigation
Pros:

The hotel had amazing reviews and I booked 2 nights there. HOWEVER unfortunately I noticed there were lice looking insects on the walls, of course I killed them myself but then noticed there were too many and called the staff. They came and saw them themselves and kindly switched me rooms but the same problem (albeit it less) occurred on the 3rd floor. I moved hotels in the end. The staff was nice but was in a way downplaying it and trying to hide it. I am surprised the hotel has such great reviews and no one staying there has noticed this - they’re even on the hallway walls (they’re very little and transparent, google said they could be lice that eat plaster or due to humidity). I was first on the 2nd floor, then they moved me to the 3rd floor.
