I liked that it was only a 20 minute walk to murrayfield stadium, it also is close to a high street with a few shops and restaurants which was nice for lunch and breakfast the next morning. I liked that it was easy to park and check in.
I thought it was massively overpriced, it's a room above a pub it's not a hotel. Normally this isn't a problem with me as I've stayed above pubs before but the room wasn't amazing the bedding had marks on it and the shower was dirty. £50 room maybe not £250 for a night. The bar man was also a little abrupt and didn't feel like a very warm inviting place. I was pleased with how close it was to the stadium but I wouldn't stay there again.

Dreadful uncomfortable bed. Toilet and sink made churning noise continuously. Electrics have seen better days. Hotel owner extremely rude and screamed at me like a mad woman as her porter said I could check out late. She literally threw met out of the hotel. Not a safe venue for sole female disabled travellers. Avoid!!!
Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Nicht komplett mittem im Trubel aber auch nicht zu weit von der Altstadt entfernt. Auch die Größe des Zimmers hat uns gut gefallen (Zimmer Nummer 2).
Leider war das Badezimmer eine komplette Zumutung. Alt, dreckig und wirklich übel riechend. Wir wussten nicht ob der Gestank vom Schimmel oder vom Abfluss kam aber es war wirklich nicht auszuhalten. Das Fenster ließ sich leider auch nicht öffnen. Auch die Laken auf dem Bett waren nicht wirklich sauber. Bei dem extrem hohen Preis sind wir einen anderen Standard gewöhnt.
Eigentlich nur die Lage, Frühstück gab es keines, Zimmer war eher klein. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war einfach zu schlecht.
Handtuch vom Vorgänger hing noch im Bad, Mülleimer im Bad war nicht geleert. Blick aus dem Fenster war auf den Müll und leere Bierfässer.
Perfekter Aufenthalt für eine Übernachtung nach einem Match im Tyncastle Park. Das Pub im Erdgeschoss des Hotels hatte nach dem Match noch bis 23:00 geöffnet und wir konnten noch gemeinsam mit Einheimischen ein Bier trinken.

Badezimmer im 1. Stock war zu klein und sehr improvisiert. Etwas zu teuer für eine Nacht ohne Parkplatz und Frühstück.
