Check-in et check-out ultra rapide et simple, sans chichis.
Facile d'accès par 4 ou 5 lignes de bus différentes.

La salle de douche a été "retapée" mais les travaux sont mal faits, les finitions inexistantes, un appareil fait un horrible bruit dès que l'eau coule, la douche a moisi, les accessoires viennent de Temu... C'est dépareillé, exigu, pas pratique et on ne savait pas si c'était sale ou juste vieux.
Le jour passe sous la porte de la chambre, on entend les voisins parler, les murs sont en carton... La fenêtre en simple vitrage n'est pas verrouillée de l'intérieur, et même fermée on entendait la rue comme si elle était ouverte.
Nous sommes restés 2 nuits et le ménage de la chambre n'a pas été fait (alors que nous avons croisé le personnel en sortant).

Wir haben nicht viel erwartet, aber wir wurden dennoch enttäuscht.
Pros:

Die Lage war super, 30 Minuten zu Fuß zum Castle oder mit 10 Minuten mit dem Bus zur Princess Street

Cons:

Das Zimmer machte keinen sauberen Eindruck. Die Dusche war voll Schimmel, Haare von vorherigen Gästen waren am Boden und der Klositz war nicht richtig gereinigt worden.

Das Zimmer war soweit gut, Ausstattung war ok. Die Lage mit ca. 10- 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Haymarket war ok

Cons:

Das Hotel war sehr hellhörig und man konnte teilweise sogar spüren, wenn in einem anderen Zimmer jemand umher ging. Auch die Straße war recht gut hörbar, da die Fenster kaum Schallschutz. Dass Bad war recht heruntergekommen mit gerissenen Fliesen und kaputtem Wasserhahn

A wonderful short stay experience in a lovely hotel.
Pros:

I stayed at the Ardmillan Hotel while attending a conference in Edinburgh. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted by staff and owners who were friendly, extremely helpful and informative. It was my first time in Edinburgh but not once during my stay did I feel like a stranger. From information about public transport to when and where to visit the numerous attractions, everyone at the hotel were brilliant. I would highly recommend the Ardmillan Hotel to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

Cons:

I have nothing to say about not liking anything. There simply is nothing that I experienced that I did not like.

Limpio, ordenado, y fácil de acceder. Ubicación no es céntrica, pero en 20 minutos ya estas en pleno centro.

Cons:

Al llegar no me pidieron identificación ni nada. Me pareció un poco desordenado, pero resultó bien.
