Rezension bezieht sich auf Hotel Vineus (Partnerhotel vom Hotel Ritter)
Pros:

...denn ich habe vom Hotel Ritter ein Upgrade für das Vineus bekommen.
Balkon mit Blick über die Weinberge, großes , ruhiges Zimmer, gutes Frühstücksbuffet (ohne Lachs, aber mit Rührei und am ersten Tag auch mit Speck, süßes Gebäck, u.a. Apfelstrudel), Ruhe und Platz im Frühstücksraum (es war dort aber auch Nebensison).
* Aber selbst als Winterfan muss ich sagen, dass die Gegend hier auch im vorfrühlingshaften Winter ihren Reiz hat.

Cons:

Etwas mehr Schrank-Stauraum wäre für ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett angemessen, eine Sauna wünschenswert.
Eine konventionelle Heizung wäre mir auch lieber als nur eine Klimaanlage wie hier (besonders wenn keine einfach verständliche Bedienungsanleitung dabei liegt (und ich meine "liegt", oder "hängt", ergo: auf Papier!))
Und -- was aber nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun hat: Man sollte wissen, dass jetzt in der Nebensaison (bis März) viele Restaurants im Ort geschlossen haben. Die milde Weinstraße ist halt ein Frühlings- bis Herbstreisegebiet. Ironischerweise habe ich exat hier einen Zwischenstopp für den Besuch der Winterspiele gemacht.*

Schöner Aufenthalt mit ein paar Makeln
Pros:

Der Ritterhof ist eine familiär geführte Pension. Alle die dort arbeiten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht. Der Aussenbereich samt Pool ist sehr schön. Kinder sind herzlich Willkommen und dürfen dort auch mal lauter im Pool sein.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Haupthaus. Das Zimmer zeigte nach vorne raus, Richtung Straße. Da es an unserem Aufenthalt sehr heiß war und das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hatte, schlief man mit weit offener Balkontür. ( Dieses brachte keinerlei Abkühlung) Ab 5 Uhr morgens war die Nacht zu Ende aufgrund von wechselnden sehr lauten Fahrzeugen, die Dinge angeliefert haben. Das war neben der Hitze im Zimmer sehr störend. Das Zimmer war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, aber nicht wirklich gemütlich.
