Leider enttäuschend aber hat viel Potential
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die Caloura Bucht. Sie liegt am Meer in einer Wohnanlage mit etlichen Häusern, die zwischen Meer und Hotel liegen. Der Blick ist schön. Die grundsätzliche Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut und optisch schön. Der Frühstücksraum hat theoretisch eine tolle Sicht aufs Meer und die Bucht, Atmosphäre toll.
Es gibt 2 Pools.
Ana, Die Leitung der Rezeption war wirklich sehr nett, kompetent und Lösungsorientiert.

Cons:

Leider sah das Hotel bei Ankunft insgesamt völlig anders aus als auf dem Bildern. Schon beim ankommen vor dem Gebäude stellt man an vielen Ecken fest, dass es einfach nicht gut in Stand gehalten wird. Das ist schade. Im Hotel selbst ging es dann auch so weiter mit defekten Wänden und Böden usw. eigentlich fast egal, wohin man schaut es ist sehr abgewohnt.

Das Apartment an sich war prima, im Bad war allerdings die Toilettenschüssel locker und bei jedem Mal nutzen, machte sie laute Geräusche und wackelte stark.

Das Schlafsofa, welches als solches auch angeboten wird, war für uns absolut nicht zum schlafen geeignet. Es knarzte bei jeder Bewegung unfassbar laut, was man selbst vor der Zimmertür, die ein Stockwerk unterhalb lag, noch deutlich hörte. Dazu kommt, dass die Matratze des Schlafsofa eine stärke von circa 5-7 cm hatte. Schlafen darauf war nicht möglich.

Die Anlage verfügt über zwei Pools, der eine direkt auf dem Galerie Bild zu sehen war in Ordnung wenn gleich auch recht kalt. Der andere größere Pool ist am Ende der Wohnanlage und wirklich sehr heruntergekommen. Von abgebrochenen Mülleimern, über einen wirklich dreckigen Pool, über Kreuz und quer herum liegende liegenauflagen. Das alles ist leider ein problem von Menschen die das nutzen aber nicht schätzen das ist schade, aber weil es diese Gäste überall gibt ist eben ein Hausmeister vom Hotel dafür notwendig da immer wieder ein ordentliches Bild zu erzeugen…
Das Frühstück findet im Restaurant dragoeiro statt optisch hübsch und toller Blick aufs Meer. Theoretisch. Als wir in den komplett leeren Raum kamen und uns ans Fenster an einen 4er Tisch (zu viert) setzen wollten sagte die Dame direkt wir dürften nur weiter hinten sitzen weil die vorderen Tische für 5 und reserviert seien. Es gab Unmengen an großen Tischen in diesem Restaurant, und die ganzen 45 min kam lediglich ein weiterer Mann der ebenfalls verwiesen wurde.

Las instalaciones, acceso a la piscina a través de la habitación. Plaza de parking y wifi

Cons:

El mueble del aire acondicionado si lo encendías desprendía un fuerte olor a humedad. La isla entera tiene un problema con el moho y la humedad, si tienes asma no es recomendable.

Le manque de formation du personnel
L’ annonce d’une piscine à 17 degrés (alors qu’elle est à 22/23 et très agréable)

Pros:

The location is the best! Staff, breakfast, diner, pool as well. Our stay was very pleasant.

Cons:

The first toom we were given was dark and musty, but the staff did find a solution from the second night. This fist room should not be available for long trips: the window overlooks the passageway between the garden and the spa/gym.

Pas à la hauteur des prix pratiqués.
Pros:

L'emplacement est vraiment bien et permet de rayonner facilement dans l'île.
A proximité de pas mal d'itinéraires de marche et de plages.
Idéal pour profiter d'Agua de Pau et de Caloura notamment au moment des festivités du 15 août.
Equipe d'accueil très agréable et serviable.

Cons:

Globalement tout est défraîchi et cet hôtel qui a dû connaître ses heures de gloire il y a une dizaine d'années n'est pas à la hauteur du prix des chambres.
Beaucoup d'équipements dégradés : manque des équipements dans le frigo, le lave-vaisselle bascule quand on ouvre la porte, clim bloquée à 19°, ventilateur de la salle de bain qui fait un bruit d'hélicoptère, table sur la terrasse cassée, lit du bas très dur...
Même chose pour les espaces extérieurs notamment la grande piscine du bas où les chaises longues sont cassées, les matelas abîmés et traînant par terre, le vestiaire/douche homme est utilisé comme stockage anarchique et est en plus mauvais état que les vestiaires des plages publiques...
Ménage des chambres rarement bien syncronisé avec le rythme de vie des occupants (alors qu'ils peuvent intervenir de 10h à 17h). Nous sommes revenus plusieurs fois à 17h après avoir quitté la chambre vers 11h en laissant la bonne étiquette sur la porte et le ménage n'avait pas été fait.

On s'adapte mais pas à ce prix là.

Bel resort un po troppo isolato e supponente
Pros:

La stanza molto bella e accogliente. Le piscine.

Cons:

Alcune cose sono vecchie e non funzionano (per esempio nella mia stanza il phon era rotto). Secondo me costa veramente tanto per la posizione e il tipo di struttura.
