Serenidade e natureza
Pros:

A localização é excelente! Fica a poucos Km de Ponta Delgada, com acessos muito bons. Toda a paisagem envolvente é linda, o hotel enquadra-se num ambiente calmo, com paisagens verdejantes viradas ao mar. O pequeno-almoço buffet é muito bom, com grande variedade. Os funcionários são muito acessíveis e disponíveis a ajudar em tudo. A limpeza é perfeita. A piscina, assim como a área envolvente, são muito bonitas e parecem ter todo o cuidado necessário. No entanto, não pude experimentar porque o tempo não convidava a um mergulho.

Cons:

You are double-charged with tourist tax on-site by the hotel. The rooms are musty and mouldy. There are literally no clean towels, all of them have spots. I added a photo of what according to the receptionist is a clean towel, who refused to change the spotty one on the picture. For the pool towels you need to leave a deposit of 10 euros each every time. The parking is far away and you need to carry your luggage on a long path. Cleaning staff is extremely loud early morning.

Хорошее месторасположение , отзывчивый и приветливый персонал . Шикарный вид на закат .

Cons:

Бытовая техника на кухне старовата , кондиционер так и не заработал , выдавал ошибку и выключался . Оба телевизора были отключены даже из розетки и в щитке отключен автомат . Наверное персонал не хотел , чтобы мы включали телевизор .
