Hotel Bellezza Ortaköy

My 2 friends and I were taken to the hotel by taxi, and we were greeted by a sign on the front door stating that the hotel had been shut down by the local authority due to lack of fire precautions. I have messaged the hotel twice, and hotels.com, and no one has considered refunding my 100% upfront payment. Disgraceful behaviour.

A steep hill. Although it seems centrally located, the walk is not all that easy.

Needs better maintenance in the rooms.

Palanga Caddesi rampası dışında her şey on numara. Otel çalışanlarının ilgi alakası ayrıca takdire şayan.

Biz jakuzili honeymoon odada kaldık, genel olarak çok güzeldi, hem manzarası hem de odanın iç dizaynı olsun fakat küveti çalıştırdığımızda maalesef ki suyun devirdaim yaptığı yerlerden kıl tüy vb şeyler çıktı. Bu nedenle jakuziyi kullanamadık.

Perfectly fine place but out of the way. There is no lift at the property. Slept well. Stairs need a deep clean.

Stayed with 2 friends for a single night. Location is quiet. A good 12 mins walk to place where you can catch a bus. It isnt sparkling clean premises but definitely not horrendous. The hotel is particularly convenient for those who like to be away from the action. Breakfast- Nice selection of teas. We had issues with the kettle not working. The phone in the room didn’t work so we had to keep going up and down the stairs to get assistance. Perfectly ok accommodation.

Konumu iyi, çalışanlar çok düzgün, düşünceli ve yardımsever. Konaklayanların konforunu öncelikleyen iyi bir müessese.

Otel genel anlamda temizdi. Girişten çıkışa kadar çok büyük ilgi ile karşılaştık. İlgili arkadaşlara teşekkür ederiz.
Kendi otoparkı var. Araçla geliyorsanız sıkıntı yaşamayacaksınız ancak aracınız yoksa Ortaköy'den yaklaşık 10-15 dakikalık bir yaya yol yürümeniz gerekecek.

Otoparkı olması çok iyi. Fiyatına göre iyi bir otel

jakuzi güzel çalışıyor, yatak yastık vs rahat ve temiz çalışanlar çok ilgili güler yüzlü tek sorun tuvalet için ayrı bir oda yok. Demek istediğim duşu jakuzi küvetinde alıyorsunuz ama önü full açık odaya bakıyor hadi onu geçtim klozetin olduğu yerde yalandan buzlu cam var görüntü gözükmüyor ama ses yalıtım 0 nefes alışınız bile duyuluyor :) bunun dışında her şey güzeldi, tavsiye ederim konumu da gayet merkezi.

First of all i want to thank Mr. Emre being so warm and a great problem solver ! If you are tired of city’s loud noices but still want to be close enough to explore the city life and popular places … this hotel is definitely for you. Me and my girlfriend stayed 6 days , my first impression was not that good from outside look since i got used to big fancy hotels but this hotel has something that dont have it at all. Really caring , sincere and helpful staff. You dont even know anything about the city ? No problem at all they suggest you every place which maked istanbul is istanbul , even explain public transportation if you dont want to use taxi services and the best part is you never run out of drinking water ! Hahaha they give you a lot you cant even finish ! Son olarak tekrardan teşekkür ederim Emre abi bizimle çok güzel ilgilendin ! Hayırlı günler dilerim !

Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Einrichtung ist veraltet. Umgebung sehr laut (nachts bellender Hund des Nachbarn . Neben an schreien Kinder von dem Kindergarten und Schule. Dusche und WC sehr eng und klein. Täglich saubere Tücher und Bettwäsche. Frühstück ist lecker und ausreichend.Der Privat Parkplatz ist in dieser Gegend goldwert. Für 3 Tage war es ausreichend und preislich ok.
