Estadia muito boa. Cama muito confortável e staff muito bom e super prestável. Tudo que foi solicitado foi disponibilizado de bom coração e sem pagamento adicional nenhum, foi maravilhoso.
A pressão da água colocou-me algumas vezes a tomar banho de água fria. Em pleno inverno complicou a estadia um pouco. Foi o único ponto menos bom.
Estava tudo muito limpo e confortável
A água do chuveiro estava boa e depois ficava muito quente ou muito fria, o que fez com que queimasse a pele de repente
O quarto era super ok, tudo limpo, os funcionários foram excelentes. Foi pedido uma decoração no quarto comemorativa por se tratar de um aniversário e foram atenciosos para realizar o pedido. A massagem que marcamos foi ótima e fomos muito bem recebidos.
Em relação as termas, completamente desiludidos, não cumpre o conceito de termas, a água estava fria, o local atolado de gente e era super pequeno. O chão não era feito para escorrer a água, uma vez que a água acumulava no chão e estava tudo molhado e super perigoso.
Não havia tanto por onde ir, penso que publicidade que fazem não corresponde. Muitas das torneiras de pressão não funcionavam, os balneários eram super pequenos. Com certeza voltaria ao hotel, mas não voltaria às termas.

Staff simpatico, dissemos que íamos para comemorar uma data especial e prepararam-nos uma pequena surpresa. As termas muito relaxante e quarto confortável só tinha o problema do barulho mas no geral recomendo
O hotel é perto de um casino e numa rua movimentada e durante a noite ouvimos bastantes barulhos.
