Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

The staff was exceptional, especially the gentlemen and ladies working during breakfast and the afternoon snack service. They truly made our stay enjoyable and welcoming. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were impressively spacious, which is quite rare. The bed was extremely comfortable! you honestly didn’t want to get up in the morning.

Cons:

One downside was that the window could not be opened at all, not even slightly, which made it impossible to get any fresh air into the room. The breakfast did not offer a wide variety of options, although the quality of the products was good and the area was well maintained.

Another issue was related to hygiene: the mattress did not have a proper cover, only a sheet, and the duvet was placed between two sheets instead of having a proper cover. This meant that every time you turned during sleep, you would come into direct contact with the mattress or the duvet, which is not ideal from a hygiene perspective.

Aproape de gara Sao Bento. Curat, dar nu impecabil.

Cons:

Micul dejun același zilnic. Nicio variatie. Frigiderul nu a functionat. Mobilierul invechit. Nu are smart tv.

High quality, friendly, comfortable and excellent value
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming, and speedily dealt with a small problem with our bathroom door when we arrived. Throughout, nothing was too much trouble, and the staff always had friendly smiles and said hello - makes a big difference to the experience! Our room was excellent with plenty of space. The mattresses were really comfortable and the bedding high quality. The towels were large, thick and fluffy. Breakfast (8th floor) was ample with a good selection of cheeses, meats, eggs and bacon and local breads and cakes. We loved the roof terrace (9th floor), relaxing during the day and amazing at sunset. There were various happy hours and special offers to tempt you there. The location of the hotel was very good - about 7 minutes' walk to the funicular and 10 to the amazing bridge, so a bit quieter than the centre but near a square with lots of cafes and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for making our holiday so perfect.

Good stay
Pros:

Very good hotel. Very friendly and good staff. Location is good. Clean and comfortable. Car parking available. Very good value for our money.

Cons:

All good really. Perhaps just a bit old and the neighborhood is not the most beautiful, but doesn't really affect your stay as you'd be most of the time in the old town which is very close by.
