Yo hecho une réserva por bokiing y Lo page y cuando llego ahi me han dicho que tengo que pagar 27€ mas porque una cama de hombre y entre al cuarto y es mixto 0 recomendable

Tudo bem limpo, estrutura moderna, organizada, perfeito! Ótima localização, ter um “bar/restaurante” embaixo também foi super útil. O senhor da recepção foi um amor, super prestativo, educado e simpático. Uma das melhores experiências

Cons:

You get what you pay for - there’s a reason it’s cheap. Very dodgy accommodation. No real reception or staff. The beds are like coffins, very small, very cramped and terribly uncomfortable. Much like the rest of the room. The AC did not work, we had to open the window which let in many many mosquitoes. With no staff, this issue was unable to be fixed. The room was not clean, dust and food over the floor by the beds. DO NOT BOOK. I ended up paying for a whole different accommodation. When I went to checkout after only staying ONE night, I was made to pay city tax for the entire stay. Terrible terrible, ruined my birthday trip. After messaging the accommodation they said in this case some refund would be sorted but have since ignored my messaged and not got in touch or gave me a refund of any kind!

Alojamento com o mínimo de condições
Pros:

Localização excelente a poucos minutos a pé da estação do comboio. Com restaurantes, supermercado e a zona histórica a pouco tempo de distância. A cama era confortável e estava td limpo.Tinha luz na cama.Havia água quente e com boa pressão.

Cons:

Camas sem cortinas que não permite que haja privacidade. Não há onde carregar os telemóveis nas cabeceiras só havendo uma tomada na entrada.O duche é mínimo e não tem onde colocar os produtos de higiene. Não há também onde arrumar roupas.Nem roupeiro, nem móveis...só uma gaveta por bx da cama que faziam um barulho horrível sempre que as abriam.Cadeiras também só havia 1 assim como uma mini mesa á entrada.Para 4 pessoas é surreal.Para me calçar tinha que me sentar na sanita.Hostel é num terceiro andar e é um corredor com vários quartos. Não há normalmente ninguém na entrada para ajudar se for preciso. Não fornecem toalhas e tem que ser pagar extra 3€.Achei um absurdo principalmente pelo valor que paguei pela cama.No site do booking diz que o Check-In é até às 22h mas ligaram-me às 20h que estavam à minha espera. Para ficar 1ou 2 noites é suficiente.

Séjour en plein coeur de Firenze
Pros:

Endroit incroyable. Bel emplacement, calme, j'ai eu la chance de partager mes deux chambres avec que des femmes respectueuses. Mon sommeil a été bon et pas perturbé comme c'est souvent le cas en auberge. Le personnel de ménage est adorable et efficace et le responsable est très arrangeant. Mon séjour était parfait, je reviendrai!
