Excelente opción para descansar en Florencia
Pros:

El cuarto es bastante amplio, con ventana que permite la entrada de luz durante el día. El baño es muy cómodo y conveniente, está separada la ducha del WC, lo que favorece el uso. Las camas son cómodas, yo descanse perfectamente. Está a unos minutos caminando de la estación del tren. La limpieza es constante y siempre se siente acogedor y tranquilo

Cons:

Las instrucciones para llegar se me complicaron y hay que pagar en efectivo el impuesto de la ciudad. No tuve trato con ninguna persona y no hay nadie en la recepción que pueda orientarte. El wifi no funcionó ningún día durante mi hospedaje

Hostel con buena ubicacion
Pros:

La ubicaciòn era muy centrica y comoda. La habitacion que nos tocò era amplia y luminosa. Baño calefaccionado de medidas acordes.

Bliskość do centrum,czystość ,wygoda i stabilność łóżek ,możliwość zostawienia bagażu za dramo w schowku na pościel,winda,przygotowany klucz do pokoju-wszystko jasne

Brak internetu,albo jego słaba jakość,w pokoju zerowa.
Trochę mi zajelo dostanie do hostelu przez drzwi obok z hostelu Ostello.Poniewaz dzwonilam do tego hostelu a tam sie okazuje,ze nikogo na stałe nie ma..

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. Puedes ir andando a todos los lugares de interés de Florencia. Las camas son cómodas y el hecho de tener el WC separado de la ducha en la misma habitación es un plus.

Cons:

El check-in y el check out podrían ser antes y más tarde respectivamente.
El extractor del espacio del WC no funcionaba bien y hacia mucho ruido y calor en el baño.
La tasa turística sólo puede pagarse en efectivo.
Por el resto todo perfecto. Volvería sin duda.

Good location, bad safety.
Pros:

The location is perfect in the heart of the city. And the rooms are clean daily.

Cons:

There is no night reception... although you can contact them. Due ro not having common areas or kitchen makes it a less handy, and people use the main hall like a meeting point to work online, call their families or chit chat. And the fiest room which is the female room is right there.

The worst part is that a few days after I arrived the main door got broken and it was completely opne for more than ten days, so no security at all the door upsters open and downsters too. I woke up so many times in the middle of the night and more... due to feeling unsafe and the noises.
The doors have to be lock from the inside and the outside because they didn't lock automatically.


I have to say that everytime I complained they answered and tried to fix the situation to the best of their ability. There is a common space at the entrance in the ground floor but not many use it.
