Pros:

Struttura centrale, posizione comodissima per girare il centro di Firenze a piedi
È stata ristrutturata di recente quindi infissi e bagno sono praticamente nuovi. Abbiamo trovato l’ostello abbastanza pulito ed è stato molto comodo fare il check in in autonomia.
Comodo avere un bagno in ogni stanza quindi usato da massimo 4 persone.
Per i prezzi di Firenze ha assolutamente un’ottima qualità prezzo, soprattutto nel periodo in cui ci siamo stati noi
Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Metterei un asciugamano compreso a testa, invece di farlo pagare 3€ a parte.
Risolverei il rumore dei cassetti dove tenere le proprie cose che fanno un rumore fortissimo svegliando tutti
Metterei delle tendine per la privacy tra un letto e l’altro
Sarebbe bello avere una zona comune per cucinare o socializzare

Pros:

Personale gentile e disponibile, qualche chiacchiera e accoglienza calorosa.
Stanza molto pulita, posizione perfetta (attrazioni principali a pochissimi minuti dalla struttura), zona tranquilla e ben servita.
Prossima volta a Firenze so già dove andare :)

They should really divide rooms into female and male dormitory

ATTENZIONE . In fase di prenotazione sulla schermata principale non dicono la disponibilità per tipologia di camera maschile e femminile. Lo scrivono al momento del pagamento in caratteri minuscoli. ATTENZIONE ⚠️ se vi doveste sbagliare e chiedete immediatamente il rimborso non ve lo danno. Ho già fatto segnalazione alle autorità.

Cons:

As tomadas USB não carregam meu powerbank. Não há tomada elétrica no quarto, só no banheiro e necessariamente precisa deixar a luz acesa concomitante. Recomendo instalar cortinas individuais para cada cama para manter a privacidade.

Cómodo para ir a dormir
Pros:

La verdad estaba nerviosa por algunas malas reseñas pero durante la estancia estuvo todo bien. Es solo para dormir pues no hay cocina ni zona común (hay un bar abajo pero es de otro hostel). Estaba limpio y era cómodo. La ubicación está bien, un poco lejos del centro pero justo al lado de la estación. La calle tiene restaurantes y otros hoteles entonces hay ambiente tranquilo pero desde la habitación no se siente ruido.

Cons:

Lo mal es que no hay nadie presencial en el hotel, entonces si hay cualquier problema no lo solucionan rápidamente.
