Dead bugs and horrible smell

The room & bed were quite clean & comfortable
The swallows (birds) that nest on top of all the security cameras decide to get very vocal at 3:30 am both nights I was there. My neighbors also came out of their room when the noise started, it did not stop, so I turned on my white noise machine and it could not drown out the bird chatter.

I stayed at this hotel while visiting for a KState game because I didn’t want to spend $300 for a mediocre place in Manhattan. It wasn’t too far out of the way and the price was right. There’s not much around the hotel itself, but I felt safe and I liked that I could park my car and get in and out of my room to my car without having to go through a lobby. The man at check in was friendly and made the process go quickly. I’d stay again.
The building is nice but cleaning was awful. condom wrapper on floor and sheets smelled like urine. Would not stay here again.
Great place to sleep.
Needed a place to stay after a late football game. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is an older hotel (built in 1964), but it was perfect for what we were needing/wanting. We have stayed here before and the owners are very nice. There is a refrigerator and small microwave in the room, but no blow dryer. I now know that, so I bring one. There are not a lot of "extras", but it is a clean comfortable place to sleep and get cleaned up at a reasonable price. We plan on staying again.
Affordable stay for a Kansas State football game. Doesn’t require a two night minimum. The rooms are clean.
It was a clean room. No coffee maker in room, noisy from all the traffic, no elevator.
