They were able to upgrade the room within short notice. But the upgrade was still bad.
The rooms were very poor, but the worst part is the management.
Beds are rock solid with the thinnest blankets ever - almost the same thickness as the towels!
Bathrooms don't even lock properly as the latch is old and broken. On the bathroom wall is writing that says, "hot water approx. 5 minutes", even after waiting 10 minutes, the water is barely lukewarm.
Upon checking out, the manager inspects our room and then says that we have to pay for 3 bottles of water. My brother and I were so confused as we didn't touch the minibar. The manager ushes us to the room we stayed in and says that there is supposed to be 5 bottles on top of the fridge but there is only 2 so we must pay for the missing. We never touched them, but we opened the fridge to see if they were there and behold, they were, so we pointed out to the manager that the 3 bottles missing waters are in there and he replies with, "why did you put them in there? we can't sell them since they've been refrigerated". Which is the stupidest sh*t I've ever heard. We already told him we didn't touch them, but he insists on pinning the blame on us. First the water is "missing", so we have to pay. Now that we found the "missing" waters, we still have to pay.
Lucky for me and my brother, that we are Vietnamese and were able to call out on his BS, because he did not speak English. Can't imagine how many tourists they've scammed into paying as a result of "no english".

I stayed for one night to take a break from the hostels. The room was clean, comfortable and I had a great sleep. The staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay again.
Assez proche du centre de la ville et à 20 minutes du night market
Il y avait un cafard dans la chambre. Il n'y avait pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur, simplement sur le couloir de l'hôtel. Il y a eu une panne d'électricité et nous avons dû faire nos bagages dans le noir et n'avons eu que 2 bougies pour nous éclairer. Il fallait attendre 5 minutes pour avoir de l'eau chaude.
