Trevligt hotell med bra personal. Stort och trevligt badrum. Skön säng. Saknar dock vattenkokare på rummet. Nytt vatten samt nya sängkläder och handdukar varje dag.
3 km till stora köpcentret och de nattöppna restaurangerna samt nattklubbarna.
Svajande wifi med svag signal. Mobiltelefon klarar att surfa på den signalen, men med dator var det värre.

On top of having a local family actually living in one of the rooms full time that had kids running and yelling in the halls all morning, and the bad smelling rooms filled with mosquitos, the desk reception lady blatantly lied to me and kept my deposit. I told her I’d be checking out at 8 pm the next evening and paid the half day amount in advance that she told me I’d owe. The next day I went to check out at the time I told her and she said I had to leave at 6 for the half day rate (never told me this before)and told me I needed to pay for the full day, thereby keeping my security deposit. Stay away from this place if you want an enjoyable time in an otherwise great city.

Bring your ear plugs, its a busy place and loud.There are people working all night long, and makeing it hard to sleep.

Position in centre town. Not far from bus station, market and restaurants. The price is cheap...500baht. They offer wi fi free, air conditioned, satellite tv. Restaurant with live music. Very close also a massage parlour..

i stay a few day with my family and my daughter can not sleep ( me too) because they make noise due to the renovation of many room.
All the days the noise of drills and hammer blows!
i am a regular from thailand and this is the first time i see this.
seriously, run , go away ...
when i asked to change room , they replied that hotel was full .... liar.
hotel empty...
tomorow we checkout for find a better place.

This is a long running downtown hotel that I have stayed in several times, mostly years apart. The check-in desk is at the far end of a very long lobby, well back from the street.
Our double room on the sixth & top floor had a bit of a garish paint job and a couple of copy Andy Warhol Marilyn Monroe prints side by side on one wall. It was a clean room, the refrigerator had bottled water, everything worked & the bed was soft. If there were any noises from the city we didn't hear them, all in all a good couple of days & nights there.

I've tried to find low cost hotels in Khonkaen , and it seems this hotel is one of a few of them (I've got a nice room with only 400 thb per night , no breakfast) .
Anyway , location was good, surrounded by many restaurant and easy to go to others attraction by taking bus or shuttle .

Very basic Hotel with lift located along the main road and within walking distance to Kosa Mall or night market (15 mins) . Otherwise you can hop on to the local transport opp the hotel (Blue Pick Up truck Service 8 @ 9 Baht or Air con bus service 24 @ 15 Baht) to visit some attractions like the 9 Level Temple, Night market, Fairy Plaza and also to the Non Aircon Bus Terminal if you love to go out town.
The Air con Bus Terminal is just 5 mins walk.
Many good eats especially the one beside selling fish ball noodles which operates 24 hours.
