La vue sur la plage. L’emplacement. La propreté. Les produits mis à disposition dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Notre chambre était dans le 8ème étage et il n’y avait pas d’ascenseur il fallait prendre de longues escaliers ce qui n’est pas très pratique.

Pretty location with great veiws from the room.

Cons:

It's a bit isolated, nothing besides the beach in walking distance. So you need a car or motorbike or rely on ride share.

Best 5star hotel in Phuket
Pros:

Super clean, attentive staff, nice pool with beautiful ocean view, and great breakfast!

Cons:

It’s far from the airport almost 1.5hours, but also far from the crowd which is good!

Best spot in Thailand for a quiet break with loads of luxury
Pros:

The location right next to the beach was perfect. The hotel is at the end of the road for that stretch which makes it a quiet place for a getaway. The rooms were spotless, the views were fantastic and the food was great.

Nice but not excellent
Pros:

The hotel has a santorini desing with beautuful scenery and ocean view

Cons:

I normally stay in 5 star hotels just as a personal preference valuing higher end standards, however I found this hotel more close to a 4 star standard with their quality and variety of food plus level of hospitality and customer service.
Buffet breakfast has very limited variety in both food and fruit, staff are nice however level of service is in a medium range.

It was a relaxed and wonderful stay
Pros:

Beach was beautiful and very easily accessible. Breakfast and food was Michelin shortlisted, and it was delicious. Staff were very friendly in the restaurant and the menu was adapted to suit my vegetarian taste. Ocean view from the balcony was extremely beautiful. Overall its a great value for money.

Great beach, luxury resort, fabulous breakfast
Pros:

Excellent staff, Instagram worth scenery and fabulous breakfast. Really feels like a top class resort. Rooms are huge and spacious. There's a lovely beach and some great snorkeling spots (no boat needed) nearby as well as local food. Would definitely return!
