Hervorragende Lage, aber die unpraktische Ausstattung und der mangelnde Komfort trüben den Gesamteindruck deutlich.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ausgezeichnet und ideal für Ausflüge in die Region. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Check-in verlief unkompliziert. Auch die Tiefgarage und die Lademöglichkeit für Elektrofahrzeuge sind ein Pluspunkt.

Cons:

Für eine als „Superior“ angebotene Ferienwohnung war die Ausstattung enttäuschend. Es gab keinen richtigen Kleiderschrank und keinen Wäscheständer. Das Bett war wegen des sehr breiten Bettrahmens und des Zugangs nur von einer Seite wenig komfortabel. Der Tresor war praktisch nicht erreichbar und sogar das Toilettenpapier befand sich in einem Schrank hinter der Toilette. Zudem ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig – Türen und Geräusche aus dem Flur sowie den Nachbarwohnungen waren deutlich zu hören. Durch die direkte Einsicht aus den gegenüberliegenden Gebäuden konnten wir die Jalousien tagsüber kaum öffnen, ohne auf Privatsphäre verzichten zu müssen. Insgesamt entsprach die Wohnung nicht unseren Erwartungen an eine Superior-Unterkunft.

Schoon en luxe appartement met goede ligging, met gehorige werkzaamheden.
Pros:

Schoon en ruim appartement met goede faciliteiten (koffie en thee, vaatwasser, wasmachine en droger, strijkijzer). Het voelt er rustig aan binnen. Dichtbij het oude centrum (supermarkt, bergliften, station, speeltuinen). Grote en fijne parkeergarage (tegen betaling) met opslag voor MTB.

Cons:

Rondom het appartement wordt veel gebouwd. Om 07:00u beginnen de werkzaamheden. We waren veel op pad, maar tijdens onze rustdag in het appartement waren de werkzaamheden gehorig, vooral omdat we graag de ramen open hebben. Het was er namelijk best warm in de middag (geen airco). De parkeergarage was prijzig, maar dat wisten we van te voren.

Nagelneu, top Lage, so geht Urlaub!!!
Pros:

Es gibt dort sehr viele, nagelneu erbaute Gebäude. Wir waren im Haus Eisvogel und dort war alles wunderbar ruhig! Es werden noch einige neue Apartmentkomplexe und ein Sportkomplex neu errichtet, so dass es in einigen anderen Apartmenthäusern zu Baulärm führen kann.
Unser Apartment lag in der zweiten Etage mit einem Traumblick auf die Berge. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Super großes Bad mit toller Dusche, riesengroßer Flachbildfernseher mit wirklich allen deutschen TV Programmen und einer perfekt ausgestatteten Küchenzeile. Es war auch eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist absolut schallisoliert und man hört wirklich gar nichts aus den anderen Wohneinheiten. Das Schlafzimmer lässt sich per Schiebetür vom Wohnzimmer abtrennen.
Zum Bahnhof sind es gerade einmal 5 Minuten zu Fuß und man hat super Anbindungen überall hin.
Es gibt eine Gästekarte, die man für 20 CHF runterladen kann und dann sind alle Züge und Seilbahnen zwischen Realp und Disentis kostenfrei. Mega toller Service!!!
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind super freundlich und sehr kompetent.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es tolle, ebenfalls neu eröffnete Restaurants!

舒適，美好的住宿回憶
Pros:

佔區廣大，有點像度假村的感覺。房間乾淨舒適、採光明亮，有大面落地窗可看後山風景。所有設備一應俱全，床鋪雖是沙發床，但軟硬適中，非常舒服。飯店位於安德馬特新區，但離車站不遠，拉著行李走過來約5分鐘，服務人員熱心且說明清楚，我在這裡停留4個晚上，真的留下非常美好的回憶。

Cons:

房間的燈光較少，有點昏暗，好在有大面落地窗補足些許採光不足問題。
