Prachtige locatie alles strak voor elkaar. Nieuw ruim en modern ingericht . Er wordt nog gebouwd in de omgeving

Cons:

Het bed is een opklapbedbank. We hebben er totaal niet goed in geslapen. We hebben dit gemeld en kregen een update met een groter appartement met een goed bed.

Distant from ski (45min return walk); complex & staff not ready to host yet
Pros:

Good & modern apartment, despite being a 45 minute return walk from the Gemstock main lift + village and parking costing chf20+ a day. Note complex is still under construction: noise, no restaurants, a lot of scaffolding, a lot of hazardous construction material, etc. Skiing was good. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Cons:

Staff require additional training (male receptionist). All communication was unhelpful. Wrong instruction for finding the reception in the parking lot; when I figure it out they didn’t think to tell me to not carry all my bags up to then have to bring them back to the car. At check in I asked about a different room type, they said it wasn’t available but I could see 7 available on booking.com. Couldn’t recommend a ski shop or a restaurant. Provided info on a ski bus not in operation. Could not help me re outside parking to avoid chf22 a day in the hotel(lucky I translated outside parking, because the instruction they gave me would have resulted in my car being towed). Inflexible booking conditions. Told me my room didn’t include a sauna (even told me to use another hotel’s sauna?) but the key card opened the building’s sauna. Room provided half used toiletries (I have never seen that!) and toilet paper. 45 min return walk to ski field, couldn’t use car to avoid paying even more for parking. Construction zone everywhere, multiple empty and inundated lots. Construction materials everywhere. Soulless village. No restaurants open.

Absolutely fantastic, would highly recommend
Pros:

The apartment was really lovely, well equipped and beautifully finished and furnished.
Very spacious and kitchen facilities excellent
Only a few mns walk to the station and ski gondola
