L’emplacement et l’état de l’immeuble et de l’appartement

Gute Lage, unbequemes Bett.
Pros:

Tolle Lage zur Skipiste. Modernes Badezimmer. Sauna toll im 1. UG.

Cons:

Bettsofa war so unbequem, dass man Rückenschmerzen hatte am nächsten Tag. Bett hat extrem gequietscht bei jeder Lageveränderung und Es war dunkel im Zimmer, komische Beleuchtung

Pros:

Tolles Appartement ! Ledig 5 min zu Fuß zum Lift. Die Parkgarage ist super konzipiert - direkter Zugang zur Unterkunft. Der Spa mit Sauna und Dampfbad waren ebenfalls ein Highlight nach dem Skifahren.

Poor service and lack of help from the reception staff made the stay disappointing.
Pros:

The location was good, with a short walk to the ski lifts and the train station. The apartment is brand new, modern, and very nice.

Cons:

The staff at the reception were very disappointing. We booked an apartment with two bedrooms and a sofa bed, but we were given an apartment without a sofa bed. Despite showing our booking confirmation clearly stating that a sofa bed was included, we were still charged 40 CHF for a camp bed.

Another issue was the key cards for the apartment, which repeatedly stopped working. We constantly had to go back to reception to have them reactivated, which was very inconvenient.

It felt like the staff simply didn’t care about the issues we experienced. We had to deal with the problems ourselves, and there was very little willingness from reception to resolve the situation or take responsibility for the inconvenience.

A great family room in the new Reuss Andermatt Area.
Pros:

Big room, nicely furnished, great shower, well stocked kitchen, nicely furnished, modern, minimalistic design, nice and cosy room. Good beds and linen and pillows.

Cons:

A little bit dark in the living room. Another floor lamp would help.

Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft für Skiferien
Pros:

Wir waren im Haus "Wolf" und die Lage davon war ideal. Die Wohnung war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Sauberkeit war überragend. Der zur Verfügung stehende Ski-Raum bietet extrem viel Platz und ist gut organisiert (Regale und Schuhtrockner). Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Möglichkeit zur kostenfreien Entsorgung aller möglichen Abfälle im Gebäude selbst.

Cons:

Es waren keine Putzlappen oder Geschirrtücher in der Küche vorhanden (nur ein Putzschwamm). Ebenso wäre eine etwas grössere Auswahl an Gewürzen besonders für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten wünschenswert gewesen (hatte nur Salz & Pfeffer).

Excellent staff, comfortable apartment, and great location
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional both before and during our visit. They even held our luggage after check-out so we could enjoy an extra day of snowboarding without hassle - such a thoughtful touch. Communication was effortless thanks to their great English skills.

The apartment itself is lovely: spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The kitchen corner had everything we needed, and the layout made it easy to relax. We enjoyed a great view, and it was wonderfully quiet with no noise from neighbors. Overall, it felt like a cozy and well-maintained retreat.

Cons:

The sleeping area, being under the sloped ceiling, became a bit hot and stuffy at night, which made sleeping less comfortable than expected. Another disappointment was the sauna. Booking.com mentions a private sauna in the apartment, but it is actually located on the ground floor and shared with other guests. This was inconvenient, especially if someone has turned off the sauna you had just turned on half an hour ago or having other people who prefer to sit in a 60-degrees of "warm room". As someone used to Nordic standards, having a private sauna was a key reason for booking, so this was a letdown.
