Boulevard Hotel

Es war mal ein sehr schönes Hotel. Aber es wurde leider schon Jahre nicht mehr viel daran gemacht. Es liegt sehr ruhig mit vielen Bäumen drumherum. Was den Strassenlärm und die stickige Luft abhält. Die Zimmer sind angenehm gross mit genügend Ablagefläche. Aber leider sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück ist sehr bescheiden. Der Service ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

A bit bumpy at check in, but the stay was overall comfy and quiet. Pool.was nice. Breakfast was acceptable.

The pool looked nothing like the photos.
It had two lounge chairs made from rotten wood that fell apart.

Stayed here 4 nights, breakfast is ok the rooms are spotless and all at a good price, no hot water reported it but nothing done apart from a couple of small problems it’s ok, not sure if I would return to this hotel on my next trip. But, it’s definitely worth a stay.

Our tour operator booked our stay in this hotel and it wasn't a pleasant experience!
Service:
There was hardly any staff available to service the guests.When we reached the hotel, there was not a single staff/bell boy to carry our luggage.We had to carry it ourselves to the room.The hotel seemed vacant with hardly any occupancy! The reception guy told us that breakfast will be served portion wise/per guest and to be ordered a day before from the set menu (hardly any choice was available in menu) and due to lack of occupancy no buffet will be served! Then why do the hotel commit of providing buffet breakfast? Also many services were closed/discontinued but still the posters were still placed at different areas.The swimming pool area had no lights and no lifeguards. Overall the service was not good!
Rooms:
The Rooms looked dark even when all the lights were switched on. Very low lighting and no ventilation. There were also mosquitoes in the room! The room was also not at all spacious.Overall the Rooms were not good!
Food:
The quality of food was not good and most of it was bland.Also limited variety of fruits were served during breakfast of which only watermelons were good!
Location:
The location of the hotel was good and we could reach nearby restaurants and eateries by walk.Also the beach was at walkable distance.(the only positive point)

So overall our experience at this hotel was not good and we would not recommend this hotel at all!

Breakfeast was good

Very reasonably priced hotel, centrally located, with lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. The beach across the road is by no means the best on the island. It’s advisable to make the effort to go to beaches such as Bai Sao if you want a clean beach and clean water. The main town is walking distance and the hotel will rent you a car and driver for very good rates to go further afield (or get a cab).

First time holidays to Phu Quoc, and I get introduced about Boulevard Hotel from a friend... I call Boulevard HotelPhone and get excellent sharing & advice booking from Ms Ty Nguyen - sales/ Recep... She also arrange for booking us from airport to hotel and also helping us to plan for visit places in Phu Quoc.. Boulevard Hotel is really nice hotel & breakfast also good.. Intertaiment with Tennis Court green view , Gym and nice Pool .Phu Quoc is really beautiful beach in Viet Nam.. I will come back to Phu Quoc and stay in Boulevard in next year..

Nice hotel but need facelift. Our room has water damage on both walls. Breakfast is OK.

We extended our stay by a few days and the staff would not match Expedia pricing...but we decided to stay anyways as it was easier than moving...however when we went to check out the visa machine wasn’t working...they just stared at us like what were we going to do about it??? We had a cab waiting to take us to airport and they were in no hurry to fix problem....finally we went to go to cash machine down street and they freaked out that we were leaving....I had already showed them I didn’t have enough money to pay...how exactly did they expect me to get money?? Wished we had moved when we had the chance....

Nice hotel, in a good quiet area. Breakfast buffet is good. Room need upkeep. Our room, 302, has good view of the ocean but the walls have water stain and damaged.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and had a specious and clean room. The breakfast was very nice and the temperature of the water at the pool was a bit cold and we enjoyed swimming in it.
They offer great customer service and I would return to stay at the hotel again at the future if needed.

big room, good breakfast. just wondering why swimming pools are not at the sunny side of the property, backyard (in the shadow) of the hotel... near the center and the beach. many restaurants close

I am lying here in the Bed and wondering until when I have to go back to work?I don't want to leave out of this heaven Boulevard Hotel.First of all I would like to say thank you to Mr Phat Receptionist for the quick checkin. My room with Sea view I can enjoy the Sunset, the restaurant with many choice and the clean swimming Pool.Be side that's tennis court, fitness room quite small but enough for basic workout. They're also have many Karaoke room and one Spa.The hotel was about a 10 minute by walk to town. I went into town multiple times and were always happy to return to the quiet room after being in town. As I said in the title perfection..

I stayed at the Boulevard Hotel Phu Quoc Island in September 2017 and really enjoyed my visit.
The hotel rooms are very nice for the modest price and it feels more upmarket than the price would suggest which was a pleasant surprise.
Very nice pool and garden area as well
The location is good with lots of restaurants close by and the beach is only a short walk away across the road from the hotel.
But a special thanks to the hotel reception staff who were very helpful and speak good English, especially Mr Thinh on reception who went out of his way to make me feel welcome and was only too happy to help with advice on local sights.
The breakfast could be improved a little more for western tastes but overall a great hotel in a good location and excellent staff

This was the first (and the most basic/cheapest hotel) we stayed in during our stay in Phu Quoc. We were very pleasantly surprised! Rooms huge, very clean and bright. Staff were lovely, breakfast was nice and the hotel is located near all the bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was our base in Phu Quoc. It;s starting to show it age and is due for some remodeling. The rooms were clean but not in the condition of the pics currently on the website due to age. It's better than some other hotels were based on conversations from other visitors in the area. The breakfast selections could definitely be improved.

Our stay was indeed amazing. We were impressed by the beautiful hotel architecture in all floors, rooms, lobby, restaurant, pool, tennis court, courtyards etc...We feel safe staying here. Well designed 3 wings of rooms with 2 or more safe exits. Stairs are gorgeously designed and safe Staff services are excellent and super courteous! Foods are so soso good. All of the above for such a reasonable & good cost for staying here. We will certainly return on the next chance available ! Thumbs up 100% satisfied !

Our stay at this hotel is fantastic. We love the beautiful European style structures inside out. We like the high ceilings in all rooms and lobby. Also the lobby is so comfortable, roomy with nice seating for reading. We like the big outdoor pool and tennis court. Foods are pretty good. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Great services. I sure will 100% come back this hotel.
