Une fois entièrement rénové cette appartement pourrait être un merveilleux appartement mais avec une seule chambre.
Pros:

La vue sur la mer et la localisation.
Micro-onde neuf.
Salle de bain rénové. Mais il manque la porte de la douche…
Réponse rapide(automatique) de l’hôte mais peu d’efficacité. Personnel à la réception habilité à donner et reprendre des clés sans plus. Tout autre demande est refusé et nous sommes dirigés vers l’hôte.

Cons:

Propreté douteuse.Cuisine à refaire et à ré-équipé. Odeur d’urine dans la salle de bain qui a finalement envahi tout l’appartement. Problème de la tuyauterie générale de l’édifice selon l’hôte. Donc, problème connu d’avance. Nous avons quitté une journée à l’avance tellement c’était désagréable.
L’eau a été coupée sans avertissement dans tout l’édifice, nous en avions assez, rendu à ce point. Pas de fenêtre dans les chambre qui sont minuscules.

Servicio limpieza, en 4 días ni reponer papel higiénico, toallas y porque se las pedímos.
Además, de que a las 3.30 madrugada, nos tocaron al timbre, sin saber con qué objetivo, ni quién... pegándonos un susto.

Die Geräte waren ziemlich veraltet und wurden daher nicht von uns benutzt. Ansonsten war das Appartement sauber und es wurden auch 1x in 5 Tagen die Handtücher und Bettlaken gewechselt. Die Betten waren ok, für einen längeren Aufenthalt jedoch etwas unbequem. Der Service war prima. Wir konnten unser Womo in der Anlage abstellen. Die Heizung war super

Pros:

Posizione non troppo lontana da Malaga ma al contempo lontana dal caos cittadino. L'appartamento aveva vista mare. Abbastanza accogliente. Alla hall personale accogliente. Ci hanno dato le chiavi per aprire le sbarre del parcheggio.
