Quarto mais silencioso e pedir para mudar porque os apartamentos vizinhos estavam muito barulhentos, não quiseram nos trocar , já havia ficado umas três vezes antes e o atendimento era bom , mas está muito a desejar

Estavam duas pessoas ocupando os quartos , pedi dois cartões de acesso ao quarto para ficar um para cada , se caso sair separados os dois abrem os quartos , se recusaram a dar os cartões e ficamos na dependência apenas de um cartão , pedi para ficar em um quarto mais silencioso , não quiseram nos mudar de quarto , o atendimento de vcs era bem melhor , vamos procurar outras opções , o café da manhã com apenas três opções de frutas e frutas de dias anteriores , este tipo de economia porca e que vai fazer vcs perderem clientes

Pros:

Tudo muito limpinho, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã bem gostoso, a piscina é grande, hotel bem cuidado, com uma área verde boa para respirar um ar puro. Obrigado!

Cons:

Por ficar em várzea grande é um pouco distante do centro, senti falta de um restaurante mais ativo para atender os hóspedes quando estes não quiserem comprar comida por app ou ir até o shopping ou restaurante fora, mas é muito perto do aeroporto e tem tudo em volta. Obrigado!
