O Hotel oferece transfer. No momento da minha saída para o aeroporto a funcionária só se manifestou em chamar o Uber qd perguntamos se o motorista ainda ia demorar pois tínhamos que despachar bagagem e tínhamos q ir para o aeroporto. O motorista parceiro não apareceu e tivemos q esperar o Uber chegar. E ainda ficou um casal q já estava na recepção q chegou antes de nós. Ficou pq não manifestou pressa esperando o motorista chegar. E só depois que viram q fomos na frente deles q reclamaram da demora do motorista.
Ou seja, falta comprometimento com o serviço oferecido!

Room was ugly dark, old, poorly maintained, no USB slots, and very few, hard to find electrical outlets.

Check in was super slow. 12 people waiting in line, only 1 person to take care of check ins.

A acomodação é simples, o serviço de transfer é gratuito, como muitos na região, mas acho que falta um certo profissionalismo. Não dá pra agendar, avisar antes, vc chega e fica esperando alguém acordar de madrugada. Deu certo comigo, mas é um detalhe que acho que dá para melhorar, ainda mais porque existem outros hotéis mais próximos do aeroporto

Fomos mal atendidos, não tem ferro de passar roupa, não tem secador de cabelo quando solicitamos, o pessoal que trabalha lá atende com má vontade, foi uma experiência péssima.
