I would stay at the property again next year when we are in town for the Sysco food show.
Pros:

for a value property, it was clean, comfortable & location was perfect for our visit.

Cons:

The only negative was a middle aged lady with short brown / black hair that checked us in at the front desk.
She definitely didn't make us feel comfortable when we arrived.
She was the only negative that we experienced at the property.

Good location. Terrible amenities.
Pros:

Location. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Synthetic, worn bedding. Rock hard, uncomfortable beds. Harsh lighting/ cool white fluorescent bulbs and flickering LEDs. Smelly carpet. Loud fan for ventilation.
