Pros:

Very helpful. Phoned myself when I left car keys behind. Since very early start they made up a breakfast takeaway and without being asked.
Excellent rooms, staff and facilities.

Lovely friednly hotel in convenient location
Pros:

This hotel is set in a great location for ski lift access to both the Tignes and Val D'isere valleys.
The staff at the hotel are very friendly and accommodating and we were made to feel at home and valued.
The pool and ski lockers were great additions to the hotel, which offers ski out access.
The bedroom was a little hot at night but there was a balcony door that could be opened to help with cooling.

Pros:

The property is in a perfect ski-in/ski-out location with beautiful views of the valley from the dining room. Our only criticism was with the breakfast. While the service was excellent, the food (at least the hot food) was mediocre. Beyond that, I highly recommend this hotel. Specifically for the staff - from the front desk, the bell staff, restaurant servers and the manager. Without exception, they were ALL top notch.

Pros:

This is at most a 3 star hotel. Not good enough to be 4 star. Poor staff. Poor breakfast. No room service. Steam room broken all week. Rude waiters.

Excellent hotel near the slopes
Pros:

We visited Tignes with our youngest daughter and family. The accommodation was very comfortable-ending up with a lounge (with double bed,a separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms! (daughter and family were nearby). Although we were self catering we had the pierrade one night for 7 of us-brilliant!! Used swimming pool once but too small to swim in and invaded by teenagers. If you have a ski pass much better to go for free to Le Lagon on slopes--fantastic.
easy access to slopes-outside back door and ski lockers excellent. Only complaint-having to pay for garage parking-should be included in price.

Stay for the room but not the food.
Pros:

We took the half-board option. The food was awful. Bacon was always burned. Many times items on the dinner menu were not available. The portions were big so you will never go hungry there.

Fantastic location and really clean and modern
Pros:

We stayed in one of the apartments, a family of five in a two bedroom. The lounge had an amazing floor to ceiling picture window overlooking the back of the rosset and although the apartment was small it was perfectly formed and had a lot more room than most chalet rooms. There was a large sofa, two comfy armchairs and a table where we could all sit and eat. One of our children slept in the lounge which was fine on a pull down bed that Xiamen out of the side of a wall. It was very comfy. The boot room was brilliant with individual cupboards for reach room and it was well ventilated with a lovely area outside for sitting and putting boots on. We ate in the restaurant one night which was lovely and reasonably priced. The spa facilities were also very good. All in all a brilliant hotel which we will be returning to next year

Great hotel for half-term skiing holiday with kids
Pros:

We had a lovely stay in this hotel - the 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and with great views. The kitchenette was perfect for us - not for serious cooking, but great for breakfast, snacks, light meals and takeaways. Access to the main village for ski school drops off/collections was perfect (about 5 mins gentle walk), also for supermarket, shops and restaurants. Hotel was ski in/ski out.

Great hotel, fab location.
Pros:

4 of us stayed in this hotel for a week’s ski holiday. We had an apartment suite which consisted of 2 double rooms and a lounge and kitchenette area.

The facilities suited us really well, the ski in, ski out was great and the little extras made the stay exactly what we were hoping for. Having a table to eat at and sit round after dinner for games was lovely. The robes and slippers, pool (although small), sauna and steam room were very welcome after a day on the slopes. It was also a really easy walk into Tignes Le Lac, even in ski boots!

The only reason I haven’t given this excellent across the board is for little niggles. We had dinner in the lounge bar one eve and the staff were excellent but then we had dinner in the restaurant for their cheese evening and it was extremely slow service which was disappointing as it was a set meal.

The kitchenette area was great to have but none of the pans had lids which fit and the knives were really blunt so cooking dinner was tricky but it worked really well for breakfasts and simple pasta dishes.

Our rooms weren’t cleaned during our stay but I think they would have been had we asked. We were given the opportunity for new towels and the loo roll was replenished on request.

Overall it was a fantastic place to stay and we will definitely return if we go back to Tignes.

Great comfortable hotel
Pros:

Great and comfortable hotel in Tignes. We had a 2-bedroom room, with comfortable beds, and a nice living room. It is a few minutes walk from the center of town with a little uphill slope, which is not a big problem but is less comfortable when there's heavy snow outside. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The food is certainly good but could be improved for this high class hotel. Breakfast is a bit limited in choice, and missing any vegetables. Dinner is generally pretty good with just little misses here and there. The hotel's spa has a small swimming pool, wet sauna, and dry sauna. A Jacuzzi was noticeably missing for us after the intensive full ski day. Overall, we certainly had a wonderful vacation in Tignes and Le Taos, and will consider it again in the future.

Taos Greatness.
Pros:

Taos lives up to its 4 Star reputation. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the latter being important when the Night Porter was called upon to help get hire car from snowbound hotel garage before 06:00. The pool, sauna and steam room facilities were particularly good facilities when snow dumped over two metres in the village. I shall stay in Hotel Taos when I return to Tignes.

New year ski trip
Pros:

The Hotel is very new and therefore very clean and fresh. The room had a great view. It was easy to ski in and out.
i would only change one thing. There isn't a relaxed bar area for a drink when you finish skiing or just fancy a beer in the evening.
The bar is attached to the restaurant and you can sit at a table and have a drink but most hotels have a dedicated lounge type area with a fire etc.
There is a family area on the top floor but it is a long way from the bar.
All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar staff are all working the restaurant so getting a drink is not as smooth as it could be.
I would recommend the hotel to anyone and would love to go back.

Great, friendly ski-in-ski-out hotel.
Pros:

Stayed in Le Taos two years running and the family love it. Only two minor niggles - lack of an oven in appartment and would benefit from changing room next to swimming pool.
Thanks
David
