Pros:

Nice spacious rooms. Parking was free. Staff welcoming and helpful. Manager sent the company bill as requested.

Cons:

Parking is on the earthy field with few spots for guests. Night staff did not speak english.

Would not bother wasting your money. Poor service. Broken and misleading services and facilities.

Cons:

The bar is completely fake and this is confirmed by the Reception staff. The bar does not operate at all so is clearly false advertising. The kitchen in the room had no usable pots, pans, crockery, or cutlery, so could not be used. The restaurant was not advertised as closed on booking.com and this was shown and agreed with the Reception staff.

I emailed the following message to the hotel;

Following a discussion with the FOH Manager, I have attached photos that offer a different perspective to those received in the recent messages.
The photos include the prominent position of the opening times of the Yamas restaurant, the broken jacuzzi in my room, the empty cupboards in my kitchen and the dumped kitchen equipment that remains greasy and unusable. It has been suggested that the kitchen is cleaned regularly, the pictures confirm that statement to be incorrect because the condition of the kitchen equipment did not happen overnight.
The other picture is the bar that is shown on booking.com and on your own website, and your website confirms it is a place to relax and as stated on the website.
Olives Lobby Bar is the perfect place to have a rest after a busy day, where you can take your favourite drink in the company of friend or to have a successful business meeting. Whether you are with business partners, friends, or just relaxing, our friendly staff will provide you with an excellent service.
This clearly states the operational use of the bar. The statements are therefore incorrect.
I welcome your solution to these matters and any compensation recognising I have paid a significant amount for a room in a hotel that does not meet its own standards.

The Front of House Manager refused to accept faults with the hotel and referred to the dirty and greasy pans and crockery in the room as "not up to par" which is a ridiculous statement when referring to a filthy pile of kitchenware stuffed in the back corner of the cupboard under the sink.
