Condițiile generale au fost acceptabile, însă serviciile și atenția detalii lasă mult de dorit
Cons:

În primul rând, atitudinea personalului de la recepție a lăsat mult de dorit. Cele două doamne de la receptie nu au dat dovadă de prea multă bunăvoință fiind vizibil iritate. Piscina avea apa foarte rece, iar accesul era permis doar în intervalele în care nu se desfășurau cursuri, ceea ce limita considerabil posibilitatea de a o folosi. Serviciul de curățenie a fost deplorabil. Pe parcursul unei săptămâni, în cameră se schimbau doar prosoapele și se arunca gunoiul. În rest, nu se făcea curățenie. Mai mult, personalul lăsa geamul deschis, iar când reveneam seara în cameră era foarte frig.Locurile de parcare sunt insuficiente în raport cu capacitatea hotelului, ceea ce creează un disconfort suplimentar.În cameră am întâmpinat și alte probleme: para de duș era ruptă și împrăștia apa peste tot, iar perdelele erau foarte murdare.La sosire am primit un card de 10% reducere pentru restaurantul hotelului, însă când am comandat mâncare în cameră ni s-a spus că reducerea nu se aplică pentru room service. În plus, am fost taxați suplimentar doar pentru livrarea preparatelor în cameră, aspect care nu ne-a fost comunicat inițial.
