La prévenance et la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Le peu d’éclairage dans la chambre et la salle de bain. La situation très éloignée du centre de Sofia qui n’est pas desservie par les transports. Et aucune navette n’est prévue par l’hôtel

Nice spacious rooms. Parking was free. Staff welcoming and helpful. Manager sent the company bill as requested.

Cons:

Parking is on the earthy field with few spots for guests. Night staff did not speak english.
