So far the best hotel I have been in Sofia
Pros:

The hotel itself feels very luxurious, the rooms, the restorant - everything. The staff is very helpful. The room we stayed was very big and had all facilities we needed. The balcony is a nice addition. The food was also very good. The location is nice, there are shops near by and it is easy to reach it by car.

Cons:

The parking is mostly reserved for people, which are not guests of the hotel. I was able to count no more than 5 or 6 spots for guests of the hotel. Though you can always park in the middle area, which is quite spacious, it still leaves you with the feeling that you might not be lucky enough to find a parking space next time you enter the parking.

Sehr schöne moderne Zimmer. Das Restaurant mit Live Musik war ein Traum.

Cons:

Es war grundsätzlich sehr sauber, aber unter den Betten, in den Ecken war es unzureichend.

Very nice stay with a great location and helpful staff
Pros:

We had a great stay! The location is perfect, right next to a park, and our kids really enjoyed the playground. The apartment is well-furnished and includes a small kitchenette, which is very convenient if you prefer to stay in and enjoy your meals in the room.
The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We also liked the pool area.
Just note that the sauna is not included and requires an additional fee.

Cons:

The breakfast was not included and had to be ordered separately after arrival for €11 per person, including children. It would have been better to have this option included or clearly offered in advance.

Check in e check out perfetti. Personale molto professionale. Parcheggio recintato e custodito molto grande e comodo. Camere molto ampie

Cons:

Il ristorante Jamas è scarso nel servizio e nella qualità del cibo. Peccato perché potrebbe fare molto bene

Не большой отель, чисто, тепло и уютно. По сути это апартаменты с мини кухней и видимо рассчитана на одного человека потому что в номере была одна чашка и один стакан. Завтрак норм
