  • Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. Pros:

Truly enjoyed our stay at Uiara. Great location, getting there and coming back was taken care by the hotel. Lot of food options and activities were so much fun. Special shoutout to our guide Luis who made the whole exp so wonderful. Our daughter loved the resort too and totally enjoyed it. Other families here at the resort were so nice that the whole time felt like spending time with family and friends.

Pros:

Very old, dirty, no one knows English except one person barely available!
Food is terrible, rooms are old and small, and bathroom floor was dirty, flush didn't work.

Pros:

My stay at Uiara was amazing. There were a lot of activities to engage in, the rooms were nice and the food and drinks were good. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again!

insatisfação com o restaurante
Pros:

Lugar e estrutura são maravilhosos. Funcionários são atenciosos. Porém, não sei se pelo retorno recente as atividades, mas não estava em condições de receber hóspedes neste momento. O restaurante não estava atendendo as novas condições para evitar contaminação pelo COVID-19. Alguns funcionários só passaram a usar máscaras após reclamação. Não havia orientação para os hóspedes se servirem (self service) com máscaras. Primeiro dia, havia pessoas em demasia no restaurante, sem controle, depois (da reclamação) passou a limitar a quantidade de pessoas. Uma boa ideia é dividir em turmas com horário diferente. Houve demora na reposição de comida e falta de alguns itens como sobremesas e até itens básicos, como manteiga.
Além disso, se à estadia inclui todas as refeições, então no mínimo deve ter incluso uma sobremesa, um lanche na parte da tarde e ainda deveria ter bebedouro com água a vontade aos hóspedes e não ser obrigado a comprar uma água mineral toda que que tiver sede.

Demora de horas para o check in. Apesar dos funcionários serem atenciosos, são poucas pessoas e uma demora de horar para poder liberar o quarto!!!

O hotel é um projeto interessante, no meio da selva amazônica, mas com comodidades de hotel urbano. Quartos amplos, ar condicionado congelante (apropriado ao ambiente de muita umidade), bom banheiro e mobiliário moderno. A sensação é de estar em um cruzeiro.
A área de piscina e lazer é muito boa e a pensão completa bem farta, embora com pouca variedade.
O efetivo de funcionários me pareceu pequeno, sobrecarregando o trabalho. A equipe é bastante atenciosa e esforçada, mas com o hotel cheio foi insuficiente.
