Poor experience
Pros:

It was a poor experience. The hotel does not have a pool which was a requisite for our family because we have small children. In general the hotel is not very nice and it needs a good cleaning specially in the children games. I don’t think the price is justified by what is offered, we also found a bug in our bed.

Las instalaciones son muy lindas y es probablemente la mejor opción de hospedaje para turistas que quieren ir al parque nacional Cotopaxi. El pueblo De Salcedo sin embargo, es horrible. Nada que ver o visitar.

Estupendo. Buena atención, camas súper cómodas, chimenea para abrigar el ambiente, lindos jardines para pasear, buena comida y precio justo.

Muy lindo todo, tienen bien mantenido el lugar. Limpio. Lo único es que sería mejor que tuviesen más actividades para hacer, como alguna fogata para integrar a las familias, algún show, etc. Los precios del restaurant un poco altos. Buen desayuno que es incluido.

We reserved with expedia, but were asked to pay by wire transfer directly to the hotel. Afterwards, we were charged by Expedia as well.
They are not good for numbers, they get confused very easily. Lack of professionalism.

Nice to visit in the area
