I have family in the this town so the Location has always been nice

I booked a room with 2 beds and a sofa sleeper there was no sofa sleeper so they had to bring in a roll away which made the room crowded the television did not work correctly and no would come and look at it when I asked for them to take money off my bill when we checked out they said that was not possible since I booked with Booking.com. if that is the case I will not use Booking.com any longer

Great place to stay
Pros:

The hotel was clean, the staff was extremely helpful registrations was seamless. Would definitely stay there again! Enjoyed a very nice breakfast the next morning.

Good stay in Osage
Pros:

We had a very pleasant 2 night stay at this property. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Check in and out were simple and easy. The breakfast area was clean and pleasant, and the food was plentifulm and adequate. We will stay here again.
