Disappointing compared to other AmericInn stays
Pros:

Room was nice

Cons:

The key locks were not working and had been out of order for over a week. Every time we needed to re-enter our room, we had to get staff to assist us. I can’t imagine why corporate hadn’t sent someone out immediately to fix this problem!!
