The hotel & room were very clean & looked like it was newly renovated, but the pool should have been heated &

The hotel & room were clean. The pool was not heated, & there was too much chlorine in it.

Cons:

For about 1 1/2-2 hours, kids were running down the hall stomping & yelling. I finally called the front desk.

Newly updated room on 5th floor great for over night stay
Pros:

Location was great. Lobby was decorated really nice for Christmas.

Cons:

BUFFET BREAKFAST. Should be included in the room price. Food was not great at all.

Pillows were hard, I’ve had better at other Hilton’s.

The location was perfect. The staff and the room exceeded our expectations

Cons:

The only complaint was the inside curtains not closing at bed time, which wasn't a really big deal.

We will definitely choose this hotel again!
Pros:

Our King Suite was spacious! We enjoyed the full bath in the bedroom and half bath in the living room area. We also loved being able to have temperature controls in each of the rooms. We will choose this room type again.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower is my only complaint about the room. The bathtub was amazing and we had plenty of hot water. We would prefer later pool hours. They closed at 10 like most hotels do, but it would sure be helpful to have access later.
