Pros:

Room was clean and quite
Location was good, near U-Bahn and S-Bahn
AC was functioning well (we stayed during a peak summer period)
Gym facility was enough and clean

Cons:

There is no telephone, all communication and request to the staffs must be done in person at the reception desk- and there is often a long queue

Schlechter Kundendienst
Pros:

Zentrale Lage. ÖV in der Nähe. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 5 Minuten.
Frühstück war super. Grosse Auswahl. Die Angestellten vom Hotel waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Falsches Zimmer bekommen. Habe mit Ausblick zum Innenhof gebucht und bezahlt. Bekommen habe ich ein Zimmer mit dem Fenster zur Hauptstrasse. Zum Glück war es schallisoliert.
Am Anreisetag (17.9.2026) wurde mir der Zimmerpreis für die 3 Tage Aufenthalt als Depot der Kreditkarte belastet. Bezahlt habe ich das Zimmer bereits im Voraus. Mir wurde an der Rezeption gesagt, dass mir der Betrag für das Depot nach der Abreise wieder gutgeschrieben wird. Der Aufenthalt war vom 17.9 2026 bis 20.9.2026.
Dieser Beitrag wurde bis jetzt immer noch nicht zurück erstattet. Somit habe ich den Aufenthalt 2 mal bezahlt. Finde das eine Frechheit und einen sehr schlechter Kundendienst. Somit muss ich über die Kreditkarten Firma eine Rückerstattung beantragen. Aus diesem Grund ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen.

Everything was fine except our room wasn't cleaned, the bed was unmaid, and the towels were wet.
Cons:

We specifically asked the room to be cleaned and to have fresh towels for the next day when we checked in. We showered and went to our event. When we returned (late in the evening, our room had not been cleaned and the towels were still wet.

The stay was pleasant and we have a great time at Stuttgart
Pros:

The hotel locates next to the U Bahn which is very convenient for going places. The room is good size. Breakfast was average. I would say it was very standard given the rating of the hotel.

Cons:

House keeping was below average, given the rating of the hotel. There were lots of room for improvement. One of the examples were the house keeping staff did not know we would be checking out and knocked on our door to ask whether we need the room made.

Good hotel near by city center
Pros:

Location is very good. You can walk in 15 min city center.

Cons:

if you have a car , you need to park the car shopping mall parking area and it costs 35 €/day. we stay 2 nights and we paid 70,- € for parking. It is not mentioned during booking.
